GoogleGroup of 4 adults and 2children for Sunday lunch. Good menu offering traditional roast, wide selection of both vegetarian and vegan dishes. We waited 50 minutes for our meals to come to our table. Children getting fidgety. When the adult meals arrived the 2 vegetarian meals, the Sunday roast and cod and chips were really good. Serving staff apologetic about the wait but the quality and taste was well worth the wait. The kids meals a bit disappointing. Fish fingers looking over done and the mashed potatoes dry looking as though it had been standing for a long time. Having said that the children ate it all with no complaint. Good value for money, total cost with drinks for all was £69. Would definitely go again, leaving plenty of time.

From start to finish they were friendly, caring and guided me through the process. Their valuation was spot on and they marketed it well. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and would highly recommend them.

GoogleAbsolutely awful service the worst I've ever experienced anywhere in the World,my friends in Worcester told me they were 'special' in Malvern but I had no idea till I saw a property I liked with Dumb and Dumber as the rental agent! Firstly the property address was a whole new apartment block with maybe a hundred or more apartments,Dumb and Dumber had neglected to tell me not only the name of the block Somerville House but the apartment number so I was left sitting outside scratching my head how unprofessional can you get? Next I rang in to ask where it was and where the rental agent was to show me around as there was no sign of her,I asked if she had a mobile number to call her and see if she was on the way but was told unlike every other estate agent in Worcester they didn't give out mobile numbers and I was soon to find out why! I managed to gain entry into the block easily enough and after 20 minutes or so the agent arrived,she kept asking me how I got in,did somebody let me in which they hadn't and seemed more interested in this than the actual viewing but it got more and more bizarre as time went on! Apparently and hilariously this was the 'lettings manager' so we went into the flat to look around,as I was looking around I was explaining to this rather plump and portly woman that I'd only just recently arrived back into the country after a long absence. Well for the whole of this viewing the rotund 'lettings manager' just gurned away at me and everything that I said,pulling faces to the point that I was actually going to ask her if she was having a stroke or something just the weirdest person and the weirdest viewing I have ever experienced in my life! I've rented properties from Australia to Bali to Bangkok,all over the Mediterranean from Andalucia to the Algarve to Malta,the Canary Islands too but this was an experience unmatched in all my very long history of worldwide viewings and lettings THAT'S how bad the whole experience was! In the end I just walked out and said let me know what the situation is with the owner,as there was no interaction with this rude fat woman at all and I'd just grown sick and tired of her horrendous attitude already! A few days later I called back in to Dumb and Dumber to basically complain about the woeful service and to get some feedback on the apartment to find it had already been let to somebody else,they couldn't even be bothered to call me out of common courtesy to let me know just unbelievable! This was one of the directors who seemingly didn't see anything wrong with treating potential customers in such a disgraceful manner,it tells you all you need to know about their incompetence in that it starts at the very top. I think the business was opened by the hubby as a plaything for wifey to keep her busy and off his back to be quite honest and I can certainly see why,considering the pitiful customer service I was offered by Dumb and Dumber. I just told her how useless her business and service was and bade her good day,never to return,ever.Should anyone ask me about these people I'll just laugh,shake my head and walk away laughing an experience never to be forgotten!
