GoogleMy wife and I recently exchanged on our first house and the team at Denny & Salmond (especially Dawn) were amazing from start to finish. They were on hand for any silly questions, of which we had many, and always found us the answers we needed. We were guided through the whole process smoothly and were kept in the loop the whole time. GoogleI canβt thank Denny & Salmond enough for their professionalism and proactive approach during what turned out to be a difficult purchasing process. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to keep things moving smoothly, even when challenges arose. I encountered some major issues with my original solicitors, but Helen stepped in, called in a few favours, and recommended an excellent solicitor who was able to get things back on track. I would 100 percent recommend Denny & Salmond to anyone looking for an estate agent, who actually take a proactive approach to the house buying process. Massive thank you to Helen and Dawn.

GoogleDenny and Salmond handled the recent sale of our house, and we were extremely happy with the level of professionalism and the service that Helen, Dawn and the team provided. From the very beginning - providing an estimate and advising on sale strategy - they gave a well-focussed, well-informed and professional impression. There were a number of hiccups during the sale (due to other parties in the chain), D&S handled these well, kept us informed and on track, maintained pressure on others in the chain to progress, and we were very happy with the final outcome. Happy to recommend.

Google5 star service from Helen and Dawn at Denny and Salmond in Malvern plus credit to those I didn't meet. They rescued the sale of our mother's property and found a lovely buyer quickly. The sale proceeded smoothly even with some hiccups but they were dealt with professionally and with clear, prompt communication. Helen and Dawn are very approachable and will always tell you how it is which is exactly what you need when you're dealing with property matters. Thoroughly recommended!

GoogleI recently purchased through Denny & Salmond and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I will have no reservations in using them again in the future. Due to the fact I work overseas, an estate agent that I could trust was essential, and the team certainly didn't let me down. Initially, I was fitted in for a viewing based on my availability, which was conducted in a very welcoming manner. They were even happy to tell me about the area in general and give guidance due to my limited knowledge. Negotiations were handled extremely professionally, taking into account both the seller's and my own needs. Throughout the legal processes, Denny & Salmond stayed in touch and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. They also acted as the perfect link between the legal teams, myself and the seller, passing on information and chasing documents up as necessary. On the whole a friendly and very knowledgeable team who go above and beyond in all areas. A special thanks to Helen for whom nothing was too much trouble!!

GoogleFrom the very first day to the completion of the sale, everyone went the extra mile to ensure we obtained a satisfactory conclusion and sale. Nothing was too much and they ensured that every query was dealt with promptly. They actually got two offers at our asking price in 10 days of the property being advertised, one of which went to completion. From the Directors to the Receptionist we offer a big thank you!!! A Company that are definitely worth using.

GoogleI cannot fault Denny and Salmond, they have been excellent from the very beginning. Firstly, I put in enquiries to a number of local estate agents in Malvern and Helen was the only one that called me back, the very next day and she was understanding as well as honest with us. We had to sell two houses and Dawn was our main contact. Dawn was patient and helpful and most importantly, they were able to sell both houses really quickly with very little hassle. Honestly, I had such a positive experience with them. Highly recommended. Thank you to Helen, Dawn and Luise.

You often hear horror stories about house purchases, but Denny & Salmond heavily contributed to the successful completion of the sale. We primarily dealt with Dawn. She showed us the property and had all the answers to our questions! From experience, estate agents are usually disinterested and don't cover the basics. These are fundamental customer service skills, which a lot of people don't seem to possess these days. Fortunately, customer service at Denny & Salmond shines brightly! Dawn was an advocate for the sale. She was involved throughout the entire process. Dawn kept us informed and relayed transparent messages from the seller. We were blown away by the service. Keep up the incredible work!
