KerfuffleNew LettsPay User
After initial teething problems, more to do with the migration process than the actual system itself, I am finding LettsPay easy to navigate, efficient, and a time saver compared to the previous systems that we were using. There are still some issues to be ironed out with the detail that LettsPay provides to our Landlords, but we have flagged these issues and are hoping that amendments will be made this year.

GoogleAwful service. never pick up the phone and you will Lose business and when you let them know you get ignored and blame someone else. This has been going on since February and still not resolved.

KerfuffleThe future of letting agency banking software
We signed up with LettsPay at the early stages of the company journey. From day one I've been overly impressed with how they've taken everything onboard and have continued to strive for perfection. Not only has their platform allowed us to make payments to landlords more easily, we can track individual landlord accounts in order to keep rent payments separate. This has meant we've cut down operating hours that in the past have been spent simply dealing with financials and making payments.... very time consuming. If people are looking to streamline their rental payments, supplier invoices and tenant payment tracking then I would seriously recommend using LettsPay.

I have been using Lettspay for quite a while and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any letting agency. They offer a personal friendly service and respond quickly to any queries. The system is set up perfectly to help letting agents receive and distribute rent payments, pay contractor invoices and any other ad hoc payments. They have saved me so much time and effort!

KerfuffleVery smart solution
I have been using lettspay for a few months now. It has streamline a real headache at Month end for me. The service desk is very supportive and the product is improving month on month. Having landlords with their own accounts, means I can never pay a landlord twice, with is a real relief.
