Outstanding support from Lucy at Letts Pay! We recently reached out to Letts Pay with a support issue and were lucky enough to be helped by Lucy. From the very first response, she was fast, friendly, and genuinely invested in getting things sorted for us. What really stood out was how effortlessly she handled what turned out to be a tricky problem, she was patient throughout, explained everything clearly, and made sure we actually understood what was happening rather than just rushing us through. It never felt like we were just another ticket in the queue. Lucy is a real credit to the Letts Pay team. Now been using LettsPay for our residential business for a year and it has streamlined processing incoming rental payments and outgoing payments to suppliers and contractors. The support that we have received during the past year from Lucy & Charlotte has been excellent. We were so pleased with the way that LettsPay was working for the residential properties, that we have now migrated the commercial properties across to LettsPay also.
