GoogleAfter placing our Property in the capable hands of Cundalls, our sale was achieved in 10 days following the lack of success with other agents in the preceeding 2 years. Without doubt their service and level of professionalism far exceeds any alternatives we are familiar with. Their guidance and positivity is outstanding throughout the whole process and comes highly recommended from us.
Many thanks David, it was a lovely house to deal with. All the best in your new place when you get there!

GoogleThe staff here went out of their way to get my house sale through as smoothly as possible. The sales brochure was well done and my input was included. Andrew Wood was excellent at tying the sale together and he works with local firms to achieve this. Would definitely recommend Cundall for Estate Agents services.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

FacebookBunch of Amatures at the Malton branch - extremely poor communication and strung me along for 3 weeks to view a property to receive and email 2 days before saying an offer had been accepted? dispite the first available viewing was the one you offered given the 3 week wait?. email of dissatisfaction sent - absolute radio silence and no one could be bothered to respond or follow up. customer service is zero, avoid this cowboy estate agent as i wont be entertaining any property they sell in the future.
