Amazing customer experience in the Mallow Branch. I needed a valuation during a stressful time and Michael and Joan went over and above for me. Call out was swift and everything was done with ease. I felt very supported from start to finish. Joan was outstanding in her customer service , going over and above to make sure I had everything I needed . Their unique selling point is their people skills . Joan and Michael are definitely an asset to the SFOD brand . I needed another valuation recently and I did not hesitate on who I wanted to give my business to. I will always recommend them going forward

As an investor,developer and home owner I am hugely impressed by Liz Ryan of Sherry Fitzgerald's Phibsborough branch. I am more knowledgeable than most about the property market so can speak with experience and say that she is one of the best agents in the city. Liz is honest, professional, incisive, informative and empathic. She has a great knowledge of the Dublin 7 market. She offers no false hopes in order to get the business and is spot on in her predictions. She appeals to both buyers and sellers. As a seller I am impressed at how well she relates to buyers, always keeping all bidders on board, as often the highest bidder may pull out. When it happened in my case Liz assured me in her calm manner that it wasn't going to be an issue. I was especially impressed by the sensitivity Liz showed in selling the family home after my mother's death. Liz has handled two sales for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

5 stars all round - literally the best out there, in terms of professionalism & service. I recently rented out my house in Mallow. Michael & Joan were quick to guide me through the whole process, did all the heavy lifting getting the place on daft, vetting candidates & hosting viewings. A few teething issues with the house initially but Joan was on hand with her reliable contacts to get boilers checked etc! Joan makes sure everything is done speedily, never hanging around which is great for both myself and the tennant. I have great confidence the house is in the best hands. Both Joan & Michael are easy to deal with & very decent people. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Joan & Michael for taking care of the place!

Horrible experience renting with them

Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.

I have had absolutely the best experience with Sherry Fitzgerald O’Donovan. When buying my house I dealt with Michael who was absolutely fantastic and messaged me nearly every day to give me updates in regards to the house. His help and effort was second to none. I am currently renting my property, I went back to them for help and I can’t explain how much help they have giving me in renting my property. Joan looks after everything in regards to the house for me and without her I would be completely lost! I have never experienced this quality of care from a team ever! Excellent service from the day we first met Michael - Pauline my wife, would say ‘a trues gentleman’. No pressure, always calm and so helpful. Joan, Michael’s Receptionist is really the one that keeps Michael in check according to my wife!! Nothing was too much trouble for Joan. Not being familiar with the Irish System of selling a house, Pauline would ring and she would say “Joan said ..........” or “ I’ll get Michael to ring you” What a team !! Must not forget Jane - the quiet one in the office, always there to offer advice and support but just like the other staff! Thank you all for getting us through a lot of hurdles but you got us to the finishing post!!
