We have just completed a year long receivership sale, for which Liam Mullins was the agent. Having done numerous deals involving large complex multi unit apartments, this was by far the most difficult to close. Had it not been for the knowledge and expertise shown by Liam Mullins over the 12 months to sign off on each hurdle, we would have not have stayed involved and withdrawn from the sale. Liam had incredible access to all parties to ensure while progress seemed impossible, it was always moving and he constantly kept us informed. While this was our first experience in buying in Mallow and using Liam Mullins Auctioneers it will not be our last.
