I cannot recommend Siobhan enough. She went above and beyond the call of duty of an auctioneer to help us sell our house. She was so helpful getting the house ready for sale and even organised the trades people we needed. She was super responsive when we had questions and always kept us up to date. We finally closed the sale of our house and I'm happy to say we got the price we wanted, all thanks to Siobhan.

I employed Liam Mullins & Associates to sell my house in what were particularly challenging circumstances due to a reluctant party. I could not have hoped for a more kind, helpful and hardworking team, Liam and Siobhan were just brilliant. They put in every effort to ensure the best possible outcome throughout. I cannot recommend this friendly, diligent and highly experienced family business enough. Thanks so much Liam and Siobhan for everything. Wishing you both the very best.

We just purchased our first home from Liam Mullins auctioneers. From the start until the end Siobhan was helpful and answering all our emails. We felt welcome from the first day, She made sure that the vendor understand that we wanted to close the deal as soon as possible. She made sure that our boiler is serviced after the sale. Her service deserve a 5 Star, without her help we will be probably still renting now. We are so grateful for all your hard work. Big Thank you! Eric & Christelle

Liam was one of the most helpful people I came across in this industry. He is a master at his craft and has the clients best interest at heart at all times. I was never left guessing as his assistant Siobhan kept me in the loop at every stage during the sale process. If you are considering selling go with this family run business as they live by the motto you the customer are the most important client that they have on their books at that time. Never once did I feel that they were too busy to engage with me no matter how trivial my enquiry was. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Liam and Siobhan to sell your property .

Just purchased our first home from Siobhan. From beginning to end Siobhan was always there to answer any question we had. From house searching for months, we realised the importance of a good estate agent and Siobhan is an excellent estate agent.. She is absolutely fantastic to deal with . 5 star service. Always so obliging and helpful. Fantastic communication. There were loads of delays because of the legal issues on the vendor's side and the vendors live outside of Ireland made matters more difficult. Despite Covid, she was on the top of everything. She look after the vendors' needs but also our needs. Siobhan was constantly communicating with the vendors , solicitors and us. We never had to wait for her reply for more than 24 hours. We waited 10 months for our home but if it wasn't for Siobhan's fantastic Service, we would have given up. We are so grateful for all of the hard work Siobhan has done for us. Thank you :)

We had a long wait for our new property, due to complicated issues. I found Siobhan at Liam Mullins Associates to be the most efficient, helpful and supportive person. As it was over 5 months from the first viewing of the property to completion, due to legal issues, Siobhan kept me informed, up to date, answered my emails and calls without delay, even soothed me when tensions were high. I am deeply greatful to her and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Siobhan 👌 Ivona & Lukas

Liam Mullins and Associates were employed by my bank to provide a valuation for my future house for a self build mortgage application, which as an unusual build was hard to value. They took considerable care to learn about the specifics of the build, which was a steep learning curve, and the computer renders of the completed property, to determine what nearby property would be most similar before providing a valuation. My thanks to them for their diligence and care, other valuers may not have taken the time to understand the value of the completed build.
