Rental Renewal

Rental property was due for renewal in January. Lauren contacted us and provided the options available and the current market rate.Lauren then contacted the tenants straight away and new terms were agreed within a couple of days. Good clear communication and Lauren made the whole experience very easy.

Lauren provided clarity on the legislation, how it will affect me as a landlord going forward and answered all my questions. Great customer experience

I saw some properties advertised by Beresford. Made contact and one of their property consultant, Hannah Grant responded. She called me to get my specific requirements for my next rental property and she understood what I needed. After our initial chat, Hannah was on the ball. She was passionate and hard working always alerting to new properties not even on the market yet. She put me first and would call me as soon as a property (she knew I would like) was available to view. Showed me great customer services. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would return when in search of my next property.

So after making the big decision to move 300 miles down south from the northeast we went looking for a new home, We came across a flat and spoke to Alice to which she recommended an amazing apartment brand new fresh great location everything we needed, We met up with Alice at the apartment she showed us around had a chat she was sooo friendly and kind and every question I asked she answered or found the answer for, she went above and beyond and even further, which helped as we decided there and then we wanted the place 😁 Alice was perfect spot on friendly just the right person to deal with made the transition perfect couldn’t be more happier with her level of service! Thoughts from a property virgin

Tessa and the team in lettings have been nothing but a joy to work with for the last 12 months.This was my first buy to let property and Tessa took her time, explaining everything to me clearly and concisely, avoiding all the pitfalls and helping me every step of the way, the fully managed service meant i never had to worry about the tenant in my property, who was checked and refferenced before entering and was put in constant contact if any issues arrose.I cant thank Tessa, Sarah, Dominique and the rest of the team enough for their hard work and service.

Beresfords Review

We was with Beresfords as tenants for one year, and was very impressed with the Customer Service shown by our Inventory Clerk (Melissa McGaughin) throughout our Tenancy. Melissa listened to our concerns and always gave time for any questions to be answered. When she conducted her Inspections, she was always polite, friendly and very respectful of the home. We had dealings with some other agents at Beresfords, where Customer Service sometimes came across rather poor at times when help was needed. Melissa was no doubt the best.
