GoogleI’ve just moved into a property managed by Beresfords and my partner and I have found Joleen nothing short of brilliant. She has been incredibly accommodating with the shifts we work to enable us contractors to sort out issues at the property and has chased contractors when they haven’t been in contact. Joleen has always called when she has said she would and whilst I’m sure the issues raised become tedious you wouldn’t know it as she is always happy to help and is always approachable. This has made the stressful process much easier which I’ve never experienced before with a letting agent. It really makes all the difference when renting a property and I know that any future issues will be resolved as fast as possible and with care.

Beresford staff were cheerful, friendly and professional from the moment we walked into the local branch. Subsequent communication face-to-face, by email or on the phone was excellent.They provided us with a valuable range of properties and were positive and efficient in arranging viewings.On finding a property we liked the client was contacted and the sale agreed within 45 minutes, and the required admin was dealt with efficiently.The whole experience was positive and successful, and Saffron and Rob were particularly helpful.

I have been a tenant and a landlord through Beresfords over the past 20 plus years. I live outside of the UK now and Beresfords fully manage my property. They are very responsive and the staff I have dealt with are keen to provide a good service to both tenant and landlord. It´s a great piece of mind to leave the property in trusted hands.

What made the experience great was the continuous feedback we got from Alice keeping us up to date on the progress .She was always available and willing to assist. I also liked that everything could be done online ,and there was no travelling up and down. She also made a great effort to accommodate and put measures in place for us to have our dog there. I moved into a rental flat and encountered a few issues soon after. I contacted the maintenance team and Krystal Boyde-Maynard swiftly responded to my several maintenance requests. She was very polite, informative and kept me updated. She handled communication with the landlord and coordinated with the contractors to carry out the repairs. Legend. Kudos to her.
