GoogleDavid Swaine was an absolute gem to deal with, helping us through the negotiation process and on to securing the home we wanted. David was hugely courteous and efficient at all times, responding to a range of questions and issues as they arose. His extensive knowledge and experience of the property market, as well as the lettings market, was crucial to the transaction process. I cannot recommend the services of O'Brien Swaine Property Partners highly enough both for purchases and as lettings agents, David and his colleagues are just superb to deal with.

GoogleI found O'Brien Swaine Property Partners to be very honest and professional and I was delighted with the price that they achieved for my apartment in Ballinteer. I would highly recommend their service to anybody else thinking of selling in Dublin. In particular David Swaine was always available to take my call and had great integrity in the way he worked. GoogleIt is a pleasure working with David. We have sold two houses this year, one with David and one, earlier in the year, with a different agent. Our sale was not straightforward but David minimized the stress. He is a pleasure to deal with. We regret that we did not use him for the earlier sale. We have no hesitation recommending him and Property Partners.

GoogleI sold my apartment in late 2020 through Property Partners in Clondalkin. I would rate them very highly. From the start, they were confident they would sell the property and they did, at a higher price than I expected. Efficient, swift and realistic, it was a pleasure to deal with Angela, Paul and David.

GoogleWe had our home for rent with another big high street agency who were unable to find us tenants. We contacted David who had the house let in 1 week for the same monthly rent we had previously been asking. David's fees were also half the price of the other agency.
