GoogleWe could not recommend this company highly enough. David and his team were attentive, professional, and patient with us throughout the sale of our property. It is a stressful time for anyone buying or selling a property, but David put us at ease throughout the process. When we finally made the decision to sell, David walked us through every step of the process and had the house sold faster than we could have hoped for. David is also supported by a team back of house who were very easy to deal with throughout.

Their team is really professional and helpful. I highly recommend everyone to deal business with them. I was cheat by another agency. O’Brien Swaine is best. They never let me down. We really saw the benefit of using a more boutique firm were you have the partner (owner of the firm) advising you throughout. David has huge experience in residential real estate and this is very evident in the way he handles both the potential buyers and the sellers and his general approach to a sale.

GoogleWe just bought our first home and feel very lucky that O'Brien Swaine were the auctioneers. They were so professional, helpful, courteous and accommodating. Any queries we had throughout the process were followed up promptly. Communication was excellent and very easy. We dealt mainly with David who was fantastic, but also had some interactions with Maureen and Jamie who were lovely as well. Based on this experience, we would certainly contact O'Brien Swaine in the future if we were selling. Highly recommend them and many thanks to David and the team for everything.

GoogleWe just bought a property(march 2020) in ballymoney, co.wexford through property partners o'Brien/swaine. David was the agent we were dealing with. He was excellent to deal with, very professional and always kept us informed of any developments. I would only ever recommend or sell a property in this area through property partners o'brien/swaine as I've dealt with other estate agent firms in the region in the past two years and none of them would compare with property partners o'Brien/swaine.
