A fantastic service from start to finish on the sale of my property. I rang Dylan Davies on the off chance after having had an initial valuation with another estate agent. Chris carried out the valuation and provided all the information needed and tips on selling my home. The photos taken were excellent and the valuation and fees were so much better - what a call I made. Throughout the process, Chris, Paul and Jenna were first class as my sale was part of a long chain. Dylan Davies were professional and personal throughout. I would have no hesitation in using Dylan Davies again.

Excellent service. Everyone was great at helping me find a new home that worked for me! I have a bespoke carpentry business so I was looking for a largish workshop/garage so I could work a bit from home too. I’ve got the right place now I believe!! I must say that any query I had was answered extremely promptly and the staff in general were very friendly and responsive. It was obvious that they have an excellent knowledge of the local area. I would struggle to think how this agent could be any better. If you want to sell your house for what its worth, use Dylan Davies. After 4 frustrating months with another agent, we turned to Dylan Davies. Taylor visited and spent plenty of time getting to know us and our property, sympathised about the stresses of moving house and reassured us of their services. The photographer was pleasant and thorough too and the marketing had twice as many photos with much more detail than previous listings. Within 3 days we had a viewing and an offer for asking price! The post sale service has also been superb. Would high recommend.

They’ve been absolutely amazing with the sale of our house, professional, supportive, and incredibly understanding, even during some of the tougher moments in the process. What has really stood out, though, is how much effort they’ve put into helping us find our dream home. Flat out lied to me, worst customer service as a cash buyer. Do not trust them to sell you a house, or to book a simple viewing appointment as told so many different things. If I see a house being sold by them, I'm staying clear, as they no doubt have their favourites. Shocking. Complaint made as well to the Property Ombudsman.

Re-adding this review as it appears to have been deleted: Couldn’t recommend them at all. They did not inform us that the seller had changed their mind after accepting our offer. We are first time buyers and had an offer accepted on a property which was confirmed on the phone and in writing at the end of April by Jenna Longden (their company director). So we began the process our wide (renting the mortgage application and engaging the conveyancers) and kept Jenna informed along the way at several stages throughout the following month (May). Which we received no response to but assumed the updates had been received. However, after we (and the solicitors) began chasing for confirmation of acknowledgment of our emails, and for the contract pack. We still received no contact until the following week (in the beginning of June). Jenna then informed us (via email) that the seller had changed their mind the day after the offer was accepted and that they had tried to call once and left a message (there were no calls or voicemails left) and that they had received no contact from us, so assumed we were not interested and had got the message. The day they stated they tried to call (25th April) was also the day before we had the offer acceptance confirmation (April 26th). Meaning not only did we miss out on a property we were extremely interested in and looking forward to proceeding with, but wasted about 6 weeks of time and effort on our side, when no effort was reciprocated. I should also add that when I tried to contact Jenna (the company director) to follow this up (as this is who I had been liaising with), she advised she was about to head into a meeting and would call me back, but never did. I presume we’d possibly actually been gazumped, but it would’ve been nice to know for sure. Poor management led to an extremely poor experience.

When the property went to the estate agents it was sold within hours, no advertising and yet sold .. very fishy, another couple made offers which never went to the seller and yet DD reported to the buyers as their offer was unsuccessful and yet it was never made. Luckily enough they managed to contact the owner to confirm all this They are very lucky they aren't being reported to the governing ombudsman's office for mis selling and certainly valuing the property. I would never sell through this company. Thanks for your reply however the allegations aren't false as the individuals you tried to put off the premises are actually in it now no thanks to your potential misselling techniques... if I come across this again I will be reporting it to the ombudsman's office

The service we received from Dylan Davies during a recent house purchase was not the motivated and professional service I was hoping to get from this agent. After our offer was accepted, it became clear that we had been given some false information by one of their agents, and this information was a contributing factor to us losing our buyer who has been waiting patiently for several months for our purchase to progress. It’s very difficult to speak to anyone on the phone. The phones are often not answered resulting in me or my husband emailing (and often waiting days for a reply, if at all) or having to go down to the office. We never received any pro-active progress calls/check-ins/updates from them which was a huge stress to us and the chain below as we were the ones having to find out what was happening. We had to do our own chasing of everything due to the seller/agent not communicating. They make big money from selling houses, and in my case, apart from the accompanied viewings, DD did very little to progress the sale of this property or keep us informed along the way.
