We used wards to sell my past mothers house, we chose wards after reading the views showing the sale to showings rate was high and it was local, we had good service from day one from Paul Jordan and Sam Killick sending us prospective buyers before it was even shown. We was allocated a go between us and the buyers with all the relevant information being sent, keeping us informed at all times via a lovely lady called Maria Medding’s, she was extremely helpful as it was a complicated sale due to probate and a family trust.We would have no problem in recommending Wards to sell your property, it’s all about relationships and trust as Wards and their employees build that allowing you to be confident, especially with the potential buyers they send.100% happy customer

Have just sold our mum's house with your Tenterden Branch. Leanne was really helpful as it was a part buy house and other estate agents wouldn't do it. She recommended a solicitor they could be in contact with and Tina kept us informed all the way through which has been very useful. I would recommend them to other people who are selling their house.

I would not rent again through this company! The boiler in the property has broken down and I’ve been made to feel like I was a hassle to get it fixed. The agents involved have done nothing to provide any heating or hot water whilst the boiler is out of use even though I have a child. There have been no updates on what’s going on to solve this and I was even laughed at down the phone by the agent when I said the house was inhabitable due to the cold. Useless staff in the swale offices when it comes to rented properties. They’re only interested in the landlords worries about money and not the well being of the tenants. Would never use them again.

We understand and appreciate that it can be frustrating waiting for repairs to take place, however Wards are restricted in that we can only follow the landlord's instructions in respect of which contractor is instructed, even if alternative contractors have availability sooner. I have been extremely pleased with the service I got from the team at Wards. Jason, Deb and Judy all played a huge role in getting me to exchange and completion. From guidance, working my sale through diligently and promptly making me often feel I was their only client with the level of contact and care they took, a friendly smile and interaction when I either visited their Office or contacted them by phone. Finally, giving me the space to think things through when I needed too. I would highly recommend.

We had such a great experience with all the help and support from all the team which is why we chose to buy and sell with the guys a second time round, and we got a great service again. We first initially started the process with Kenny George, very professional and very friendly, then all the visits we went on with Sam and Ami Banks, they were able to find the right house for us, and gave as all the assistance we needed, then once we found the place and buying process went through , we had great support from Kim batchelor who wouldn’t let the process stop she kept pushing the solicitors and the sellers. So from start to finish we received a very friendly, supportive and professional experience, we would highly recommend and in the future we would definitely use agian

Jess went above and beyond throughout the process of buying our new house. From the initial contact to completion date we could rely on Jess being on the end of the phone to guide us and to clear up any of our queries. Nothing was too much trouble and it felt like we were communicating with a friend rather than an estate agent! I can’t recommend Jess and Wards highly enough.
