We cannot praise Maria Meddings enough for her support and endless efforts helping us through our purchase of our new home. Maria was always polite and very professional and reliable. We were in a fairly long chain and had a few problems along the way but Maria took the stress levels down! If only everyone was so competent.

We recently changed over to wards from a different estate agents, and we have had the up most best experience with wards!. From the get go of the change over we have had the best communication with our property manager Nikki Cullen. She has gone above and beyond to help and deal with issues we had been hit with, she really does her job plus more to help get things done and sorted. Especially with the issues that came with the property we lived in (no fault of wards at all, was a property they took over).
