GoogleAs a first-time buyer, the process got quite frustrating and confusing. Although I wasn't purchasing through Trevlyn Properties, they were still on hand to offer advice and calm my fears! They offered exceptional service, answering all questions and clarifying lots of things that I had no clue about. I highly recommend them!

Having been a complete sceptic that good letting agents actually exist then I was really surprised by Trevlyn and Sam as he was very responsive, problems were addressed quickly and any issues or questions were resolved very easily. Having rented for 20yrs in London - never thought I'd be saying this but check out Trevlyn's properties list because it makes such a difference having a good management agent to deal with. Sam - thanks for all your efforts

I'm not a fan of moving or pushy estate agents. Out of necessity I had to move last weekend and I'm so happy I did. If only I had done it sooner. Dealing with Trevor, my reluctance was completely unfounded. I'm really happy with my new flat on the 33rd floor of a prime property in London with its world class amenities. In retrospect my hesitation was completely unjustified by dealing with Trevor from the very beginning until today and his knowledge and professionalism were exactly what I would recommend anyone without hesitation.

I appreciate the politeness of the people I spoke to however, I did not have a good experience. A lot of time was spent by myself trying to follow things up. The process was lengthy and ultimately I received a very poor excuse and outcome. My time was wasted and it would have been better to have a more honest experience. That way I would not have been misled and provided with excuses.

The move was smooth and he was always readily available for any support that we needed and reached out several times asking whether there was anything more he could help with. GoogleUpdating my review as I had a terrible experience with Trevlyn properties. Long story short, they weren't even our designated estate agent (they were working with one of their mates who ran another dodgy agency called Audsley Moore) and we didn't get our deposit back. Would 100% recommend avoiding trevlyn properties and/or Audsley Moore!
