I was able to get the home I wanted thanks to Joseph. From the very first meeting, he greeted me with kindness and made sure I was comfortable while viewing the house. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly considerate and helped me check everything with the utmost professionalism! I can confidently say he is the best agent I've ever worked with. Even though there was competition for the home I wanted, he quickly assisted with the paperwork, and while we were filling out the forms, he even let me stay in his car to avoid the rain. As a Korean who is very accustomed to fast-paced work, I found Joseph's speed and efficiency truly impressive. He consistently kept me updated by phone and sent regular email updates as well. Viewings after viewings, agents after agents, was so difficult to get the right property with the right person, until we found Joseph. By far, this has been the easiest and most pleasant experience we ever had (never thought this could be possible). We viewed the property, we liked it, we got it, simple as that. Joseph was one of a kind. When we were having a trouble looking for a place to stay he offered a property. We viewed it and offered to take it. Flat was extremely mouldy no matter how often it was cleaned away the windows let in water whenever it rained. I enquired about a property in Feltham and got a call from Joseph, completely unprofessional and rude. He offered no details, no pleasantries, and pressured me for a viewing within hours. When I tried to reschedule, he slammed the phone down without a goodbye. Unacceptable way to treat a potential customer. If this is how they handle enquiries, I can’t imagine how stressful the rest of the process would be. I do not recommend this agency, they should at least hire people with basic manners and respect

Hi, so i never had any prev experience of renting a property in UK. I was tired of contacting multiple companies and agents. Soo tiring, no use. I was drained and had no hope left. Then suddenly i got Joseph from trevlyn. He did everything sooo quick!!! It was just amazing. I have no words to explain. He was soo easy to contact via watsap.
