Used Simon Miller a while back when considering moving house. Gemma was very efficient in sending us suitable properties and very polite and helpful on the telephone. We decided to stay put but will definitely be back should we decide to move in the future.

Simon Miller West Malling have just helped us sell and buy a house and I have to say their service has been excellent. We first dealt with Tony who was friendly, professional and courteous. He valued our house realistically and got as a very good offer from reliable buyers very quickly. He was also responsive and helpful with the house we bought as well. Great service Kelly then took our projects to completion and I was hugely impressed by the service we received. She is friendly, efficient, communicative and kept right on top of everything. The process was a long, slow one (no fault of the agents) but Kelly’s hard work and determination was instrumental to seeing this to a closeWhen we next move I have no doubt whatsoever that we’d use these guys again. The experience of selling and buying a property can be very stressful but the staff here were so helpful every step of the way from start to finish . Special Thanks to Mike Stewart who worked so very hard on our behalf , contacting all of the solicitors , keeping us fully updated every moment of the day and eventually pulling the whole sale together for us on a very tight time frame . He was amazing ! Even on his day off , he still worked for us. Also Thanks to Harry Longfield who was in constant contact with us and taking us to visit the empty property on several occasions without a problem . Many estate agents have a bad reputation but the staff at Simon Miller really are second to none. The professionalism, customer service, super fast communication and market knowledge of these guys really did amaze me. The buyers solicitor was absolutely terrible but these guys kept pursuing and overcoming many problems. Special thanks to Samuel Edmonds, a true credit to the company whose communication was impeccable and really did put me at ease at every stage, regardless of what problems arose, which was no fault of him or Simon Miller. This genuinely is the easiest review I have ever written and I have already recommended one friend to them who was close to going with the dreaded Purple Bricks (steer clear). Thanks guys and gals.

As in tune there were many bumps along the way from solicitors and other people in the chain. However, Simon Miller and especially Richard Long in the sales progression team were amazing. Without Richard I am positive it would have all fallen apart.
Richard is an expert at keeping sales together! The sales process can be fraught with issues arising at the last minute which can increase stress and anxiety. Thankfully, you were in safe hands. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Harry was our estate agent and was always on the other end of the phone, failing that Michael the manager filled in and helped massively too. Would very much recommend, especially compared to some other local services that we dealt with.

I have been so impressed with Simon Miller Estate Agents, but particularly Wasim Amir. He was very sympathetic to our situation of losing three parents in less than two months and then having to sell two houses simultaneously. We just wanted to say a big thank you to all the team at Larkfield for handling the sale of our house in Leybourne and purchase of our house in Ditton.Katie and Dan worked really hard to sell our property and despite it being a very slow time of year, Dan got us a price we were very happy with. Katie we felt was very honest with us all the way through and gave us some great advice, we were very sad to see her leave.Georgie then took over and (somehow!) held the chain together for us, keeping us as well informed as she was able. Georgie or Dan were always available to give us an update when needed. We felt like the whole team at Larkfield worked really hard on both our sale and purchase. We were so glad we didn't go with an online agent, where we would not have received that level of support. We felt Simon Miller were excellent value for money.

We have just exchanged at the end of a very stressful purchase process and I must say that the support from Simon Miller only improved as the situation dragged on. The Larkfield office has proven to be very patient and client orientated, although that wasn't our initial impression but it seems that is due more to the system than the agent. Dan Osborne has dealt with my waffling, ranting, naivety, frustrations, elations and everything in between in the most professional manner and I must say that, even though there were times I felt we weren't getting anywhere at all, with hindsight I now know that's the system and that Dan was doing his utmost to move a very complicated process along.I'd like to think we'll see Dan around and when we do we owe him a beer as a genuine thanks for his efforts and for putting up with me calling/emailing almost every day for the past 7 months!

I used Simon Miller (Bearsted Branch) for the sale of my property in January 2018.Richard and Lucy were in short amazing, I could not have asked for better customer service and commitment to ensuring things went well. During the actual sale Lucy went well above and beyond to keep the chain progressing and I believe was key to the completion going through on time.We have now been in our new home for just over a couple of months and are absolutely loving it!!Richard and Lucy are a real credit to Simon Miller, the people make the organisation, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Patricia and her team have been excellent throughout my purchase of the property. The process became quite tricky due to the vendor's totally useless conveyancer but Patricia continuously pushed things along on behalf of the vendor and went above and beyond what would be expected of an estate agent. Even to the point of hiring a van and helping the elderly lady move out when she was let down by the removal company at the last minute! Highly recommended.
