Good service with selling our house.

We decided to contact Simon Miller & Company to sell our house and was very impressed with the service the team provides. Our property was valued by Wasim Amir who was informative and had come prepared for our meeting. We then met Elliott Harwood who showed the prospective buyers around our home and eventually Shirley Warrington Sales Progressor who guided us through the final process until completion. The team at Simon Miller were informative and kept us updated all through the selling process and Shirley was particularly helpful at keeping everything together at the final hurdle. We were very pleased with the service we received from Simon Miller & Company.

Fantastic service

We joined the agency to find a new house, I enrolled, and straight away I was alerted to a house. Unfortunately, that one wasn't suitable but Mollie kept in touch and rang me one afternoon and said she thought of us with regards to a new house which was soon to be coming onto the market. I really appreciated that she thought of us and remembered what our criteria were. We went to see it and now we are in the process of buying it! When we get the keys I will be dropping off a bottle of something to show our gratitude!

Buying and Selling despite covid

Given how difficult the covid situation has been this year Wasim Amir and all the team at the Barming and Maidstone offices have been so helpful and supportive to make sure that both our selling and buying went through as smoothly as possible. Despite loosing our initial buyers Wasim was soon able to sell our house for a second time to make sure we stayed on track. A big thank you to all the team involved. Moving House - Not so stressful

Having not moved house in almost thirty years I was not looking forward to the prospect. However Andrew and the team from Snodland were professional from the start handling both our sale and purchase. We were kept updated regularly on the progress of both. Firstly let me thank all at simonmiller but in particular Richard.It’s been a difficult time what with initially selling our house at the beginning of COVID pandemic. Slow start and reduced staff members was challenging for us and Simon Miller.However since dealing with Richard, our opinion on Simonmiller has massively changed. I truly believe Richard has gone above and beyond. All we’ve ever wanted is honesty, and communication. Richard gave us positive updates, updates even if there was nothing to report. Negative updates and relayed information to us, this was reassuring and made what was quite a strange sale to a difficult buyer as least stressful as possible.Richard did not sugar coat things and was honest and professional this I believe is what all customers want.The customer service Richard gave us was great, I would recommend simonmiller to anyone, I will also use simonmiller in the future. Was expecting a better service

I was informed by Tony that he had lots of people looking for property in the area, vetted buyers were ready to view the moment the contract was signed. It was all put in a very positive light. I was really disappointed when this did not happen and no potential buyers viewed in the early stages. All the viewings came much later down the line and to my knowledge only from the online advert. Getting updates was an issue and i had to chase on several occasions. I would have given a much higher score if I had been given updates from day 1, everything just went quiet. On the bright side Kelly was my key contact in the final weeks before the sale was completed, she was by far the most helpful, great to work with and called me weekly with updates.

We chose Wasim from Simon Miller to sell our house after interviewing most of the local agents. Wasim was grounded and very competent. He held our hand through the whole process and knew exactly how to get us through the minor bumps. Wasim is quite literally unbelievable. From the moment I picked up the phone to enquire about a valuation, to completing on my sale, Wasim has been a shining example of what an Estate Agent in this day and age should be. This company was absolutely fantastic getting us sorted out being first time buyers. They were very punctual and catered for all of our needs along the whole process. Being a first time buyer there are obviously a number of stresses and worries that you have, Wasim Amir and his team also recommended a solicitor that was absolutely fantastic. The whole team and the solicitor was great during this time of the corona virus and even with that going on everything continued smoothly as it should and we were kept fully updated at all times.
