GoogleAbsolutely shocking. Reception seems to never connect me to an agent as they are always busy. Have tried for over 2 weeks to view an unfurnished 2 bed penthouse in Leybourne Park, Ingram Close. All i get are short emails from michelle asking me the same questions such as which property were you interested in?... whoever owns the 2 bed flat unfurnished on Ingram Close... i strongly suggest you go to another estate agents as these guys are obviously not keen to let it out and would rather cost you money. Im appalled and cant understand why they are in such a state!

GoogleI'm a current tenant so my review is of my experience so far, but I've had a positive relationship with the team at Martin & Co. After I moved in they sorted out a couple of issues with power companies on my behalf. And when I had a problem with an electrical appliance (faulty fridge) they sent someone over to inspect it, and replaced it with a nice new one soon afterwards.
