A massive thank you to David Mansfield and Michael Stewart at Maidstone Mann & Co who recently dealt with the sale of our house. We were relocating to Yorkshire and both David and Michael went above and beyond to help make the process less stressful. Michael did a great job finding a buyer. Then David regularly chased the agents above and below us, liaised with our solicitors, kept us informed at every stage and coordinated the other agents in the chain in respect of finding a mutual moving date. Michael was also there to assist with any queries we had. We would highly recommend Mann & Co, Maidstone.

Outstanding service from David Mansfield at Mann estate agents, David went above and beyond to help with queries relating to the purchase of our new home. David would respond to my emails quickly and always kept me in the loop whilst chasing all parties and solicitors which can be very stressful. Knowing David was there to help made the process so much more manageable. I cannot speak highly enough of David. David would also advise us of updates he would have received even before our own solicitors had, making the process a lot less stressful. Everyone at Mann has been super attentive and helpful when it came to us securing our property. There were lots of difficult hurdles from start to finish but the team were fantastic and every person could not do more for us. Exemplary Customer Service!

I predominantly dealt with Morgan at Mann estate agents whilst searching for a property. I cannot praise her highly enough. Out of all the estate agents I have dealt with over the years (there have been many) she is by far and away one of the most thoughtful and thorough. She went over and above to find properties that suited our needs or that could be turned into what we required. Although we didnt buy a house through Mann Countrywide, Morgan has been on hand to support us through buying a house via modern auction and to act as a sounding board for an impartial opinion on the process.

One of the most stressful and challenging experiences in life will probably be buying and selling a property and for this reason is extremely important to choose a good estate agent who gone help you to get there and to go through everything until the completion. Charged me a fully managed Service but…

Charged me a fully managed Service but couldnt fulfill the service as had no keys to my property, charged my 10% when it should have been 7%...refunded me after complaint, never visited my property, visited after complaint but never recieved a report. Left them after 1 year had to pay another year upfront as you need to stay with them for 24 months minimum. So ultimately, i paid double for a Tenant find service. Live and learn!
