GoogleCouldn’t fault the service from start to finish. Updates every other day. Chasing solicitors and all round nice office to deal with. Would fully recommend to use these guys where possible. Also great fee not too expensive :)

GoogleAs a mortgage broker it was really disturbing to hear that a young client I had obtained a Decision in Principle for felt harassed by a member of this team insisting that she could only get a property if she went with their broker. She had a young child crying in the background and yet stated she was on the phone being badgered for 15 minutes. It makes no difference what broker a person uses

GoogleI have to say this is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a Lettings agent. You can never get anything done in a hurry I had to wait for two weeks to have the boiler replaced, so no hot water 😡😡. I had to wait a month for the Yale lock to be repaired, the fridge freezer pack up again it was a week before anything was done and the oven stopped working over Christmas. In my experience I will never use them again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else.

GoogleLovely estate agent who showed us around, but the office is really unprofessional, time wasting and untrustworthy. They let us see a property on the Saturday and I said I'd make an offer on Monday, they were due to call me for feedback anyway, they didn't call me and took all day to return my call to them, only to tell me that it's now under offer without even giving me opportunity to make my offer, which was higher and being under offer myself would mean a speedy sale for their seller, really bad practice and not how you run an estate agent, the owner should have been informed of the offer but told not to make a decision until all viewed had been spoken to. So completely wasted time, journey, all of the research put in etc. I cannot trust them to be transparent and honest and any property I see in future if it's being managed by these cowboys will not be something I consider. Absolute disgrace!!!
