GoogleFrom start to almost finish (not quite sold yet) Shanna and Charlotte have been incredible. The photos were done quickly and the listing live immediately - after a year and two other agencies resulting I only 1 viewing, we had 2 viewings and 1 offer within 2 weeks with Geering and Colyer !! GoogleEvie helped us in Early December to find our dream home. We spoke about all the things we were after and what we did not want and Evie managed to provide the exact house of our dreams! The house came on the Market and Evie ensured we were in for a viewing in a matter of days or the listing, to which we had our offer accepted a few days later. Evie provided a top quality service and was extremely enjoyable to work alongside. Always keeping us informed and answered any queries we may had. Highly recommend working with Evie and the rest of the Geering Coyler Team in Maidstone.

GoogleWe have just moved in to a property that was marketed through Geering and Colyer. Our purchase was handled by Tom who went above and beyond. We had our own estate agents marketing our property but I often found myself calling Tom for help or advice as he gave so much time and attention to helping. Without Tom’s communication with the whole chain I dread to think how much harder the process would have been. We are very grateful and highly recommend.

GoogleI met Ravina, in 2017 when trying to purchase a new home She was employed by Mann at the time. Her service was impeccably; from i made the offer to completion day, during the whole process. Of conveyancing of the property she was extremely reliable, answered all my concerns with such transparency. GoogleHave to go a long with previous reviewer with the service ive had so far. My brief was to price to sell as was looking for quick sale. A month gone by and yet still no marketing. Was advised that the auction route was the best way to go and I would hear from some one the following Monday, I had to chase this phone call two weeks later. Keep being told its now ready to go online ! Still nothing !!NegativeQuality

GoogleImagine all the possible worst in your estate agent and you can surely find it at this company. We put the house on the market at the end of February. Photos took ages to appear on the page, asked on number of occasions to put the board up outside - never received one. Had to chase the viewings, as they simply used to forget about them being cancelled or rescheduled... the sale was agreed on 23rd March, it then fell through on the 17th April and we still have not received any communication from the agency. We found out about it from the solicitors. By the way, the house is still on their website as SSTC. If you want to make your house sale a huge hassle - they are the ones to go to.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI never understood why estate agents had a bad name, but Geerings proved to us why. We bought a house via Geering and Colyer, initially all was fine, our offer accepted and I assumed it would all be that easy, we were happy to wait for our vendor to find somewhere themselves. They pushed their mortgage advisor but we chose not use them as we found better offers through a small, independent broker, despite Geerings apparently having exclusive deals. Geerings appointed a 'case manager' or similar who was meant to make weekly check ups - they didn't, and it went downhill from there. They were quick to blame our solicitor for delays, such as taking 7 days (with a 4 day bank holiday weekend in the middle) to post out and receive documents, and despite selling both properties in the chain, had very little interest in us as buyers. It took 6 months for the two vendors to be ready; not Geerings fault but there was very little communication in this time. This then landed exactly in a 5 week period when we could not complete and had declared at the outset, which led to Geerings lying to us and trying to manipulate us to complete ASAP. Genuinely expected we would be forced to pull out and stated we would on more than one occasion. Doubt we could have bought the house if we had our own chain. Oh, and they lied on the advert as well, but that seems to be accepted nowadays. I guess they sold the house, but we'll be avoiding them in future.
