Good afternoon. I do understand that it's frustrating to lose out on a property. However, the final decision on that is made by our client. We gave our landlord full details about all prospective applicants interested in the property, following the 15 viewings. After this, the landlord made their decision. Unfortunately, this left 5 people unsuccessful with their offers. The property market is very competitive at present due to the lack of supply and the increased demand. So I sincerely apologise that you feel so let down by this process.
