GoogleSheet agency!!!! Be carefully when you leave a property. They will try to keep your money for deposit. I don't want to hear never in my life about this agency. Sheet letings manager. The people who working there are good but the management is bad. So i don't recomend this sheet agency to nobody .

However, I must also comment on the fact that it was the landlords decision to hold back ยฃ100 of your deposit due to the condition that the property was left in, which you also agreed to. We take great pride in making sure our landlords homes are looked after and at times are not responsible for their actions thereafter.
I would be keen to talk through these points with you personally so that I can really get to the bottom of your disappointment
