Julie and the landlord ensured there was much flexibility in our tenancy when we were not sure whether we were going to purchase our onward property. This helped allay significant amounts of anxiety. We have successfully let our property through Prospect for 7 years now with 4 different good tenants. We have never had more than a week without a new tenant and contract negotiations have always been very professional. Agnese Rees has managed our property for the last couple of years or so and always been very efficient and reliable providing great service.

GoogleSelling a house is not an easy process and we we’re really happy with the service’s and especially with Bernadette Martin who kept us updated throughout the process and any queries we had was dealt with straight away! Would definitely recommend.

Prospect are terrible. They are a bunch of crooks who charged fees for things that were not justified We rented a property via ‘Prospect’ years ago - they tried charging us for a mole problem the rental property had.We were warned by a local cleaner when we moved in that prospect we’re bad … we should have listened!

Although I ended up buying through another agent, I had a few dealings with Beth in the Warfield branch who I found extremely efficient - she was always sending me over properties that fit my criteria! She also was the only agent that actually helped me in regards to my mortgage and introduced me to Nish who sorted me one quickly. Thanks again!

Really bad, the house wasn't ready on the moving day (stated by contract) leaving me and my family looking for an hotel, that we had to paid our-self. When we finally moved in the house we find out that there is not not tumble dryer, despite the confirmation from their agent on the viewing day and despite the inventory report... DONT rent or buy through this agency.

Thanks to the team at Prospect for a great service throughout, from pre-sale to exchange. Beth did a great job clearing some of the hurdles during the conveyancing process and kept everyone in the loop throughout. If you're looking to sell your house in Warfield, Prospect are the ones to work with.

We cannot praise highly enough the service we have received from the Sandhurst branch of Prospect Estate Agents. Not a straightforward sale, with plenty of hiccups along the way, but nothing has been too much trouble. We have been kept fully informed at all times and have had a constant stream of viewings leading to a successful sale. Would use again without question, superb service!

GoogleI’m very new to Prospect, having been with the previous company for nearly 25 years. I’ve got to get used to the changes! The changes are positive. I was most impressed with the speed with which they secured a new tenant and I appreciated the update communication. Overall I’m happy hence 5 stars.

Has always used their services during our moves within UK. Currently the existing property is being managed by them so absolutely hassle free stay. Our manager is Beckie Baxter and she is absolutely fantastic. Always responsive and helpful, good turnaround time with the issues you may have, liased well with us and the landlord. Initially Georgia and Currently Gemma since about 2 years now have been very reactive and helpful to all our issues which we have raised so far. Gemma always hears our problem patiently and tries to resolve for us.

As a landlord, I have used Prospect for a number of years and have always found them helpful and efficient. End of tenancy is always a bit of a stressful time and she has been great at communicating and ensuring it was a smooth process especially when she was having to deal with 3 seperate tenants in one property it can't have been an easy task.
