TrustpilotHappy with Prospect >>> Agnese
I've been with Prospect since I've left England 3 years ago. The quality of paperwork and structure is fantastic. But most importantly, Agnese, my property manager is nothing short of amazing. She's super prompt, super kind and super patient...I cant think of an area where she could do more. A great example of going above and beyond for client.

TrustpilotThe Best Estate Agency
I've been renting from Prospect Estate Agency for almost 3 years and they are a joy to deal with, comfortably the most efficient property management company I've dealt with to date. This is mainly due to Agnese who deals with all my contract renewals, maintenance issues moaning etc, she is always friendly, positive, efficient and willing to help. Highly recommend.

TrustpilotThank you Beckie!!
Prospect have managed my property for several years and have always taken away the stress and strain of being an accidental Landlord. Beckie Baxter keeps me as a customer. She is calm, efficient, outcome focussed and always goes that extra mile.

A huge thank you to Prospect Estate Agents! We have just moved into our first home and were so impressed by the level of service from both Savannah and Ellen from the Reading office. Hugely efficient, reliable and informative - we definitely recommend them. The whole process was smooth & both were always there to support and help push along the process. Thank you again!

TrustpilotWorst Move In Experience Ever
They are highly incompetent, their operations are completely broken, they do not understand the basic needs of the tenants. House with the worms, they call it as deeply cleaned!!

GoogleEveryone at Prospect has been very professional and friendly during my house search and while moving. They took care of every detail of the process and turned something that I usually find stressful into a much easier and exciting experience. Now enjoying my first day at the flat with no issues!
