GoogleSam dealt with numerous issues raised throughout the process, in a very calm and professional manner. As the sellers, we were kept informed with regular updates, not only directly concerning the sale of our house, but general important information relating to the chain. I think discussions regarding the purchase were most likely over and above a "usual" sale but Sam's persistence to tackle late issues raised, resulted in everyone involved moving forwards.

GoogleBraxton are a shocking business. We rented a flat that they were managing and sent a number of people into the flat without any request or permissions. They changed our end of tenancy date without any communications and absconded any responsibility when asked for clarity on the situation. I would not rent through or sell any property with this business again as they lack professionalism, accrediation and basic practices.

GoogleAbsolutely abhorrent service. No care for customers, regardless of the fact that I was serious and ready not just to view the place but to move in and complete the necessary payments and logistics as soon Braxton wanted. In the last few days I've made at least four calls, and despite promising me that someone will get back to me, I never got a call back. So earlier today I decided to call again. Twice I called, and again, twice they promised to get back. Nothing. During my last call, one of the staff members told me to hold on while she's transferring me to one of the agents in the rental department. I got through, and they just hung up the phone. FacebookA feeling of the old fashion Estate Agents behaviour where they seem not to be honest with the facts given. This then leads to the old fashion behaviour of letting customer down when things don’t go according to plan. I would not trust them to sell my property due to lack of professionalism.
Appreciation they say is an application for more. if i fail to acknowledge you it'll shows how ungrateful i am. I can't be less grateful to a woman who God has used in blessing me and my family in general. GoogleWe just purchased a house via Braxtons. We had various other viewings with them before finding ‘the one’, they were always on time, knowledgeable and we weren’t rushed. Also really professional and helpful when we came up against some problems with a different property. Sam and Holly in particular stood out. Overall really, really good - when we come to sell we won’t consider using anyone else.

GoogleBraxtons did a great job throught from valuation to completion. They were great at getting viewings and keeping me up to date with changes and also in securing multiple offers for the property. We had issues with the buyers solicitors and they kept trying to chase them and get the information needed to proceed to exchange. Kept me informed with progress with calls and emails.
