Braxtons (Maidenhead Branch) were great when we were looking for somewhere in the area. They had a good selection of places for us to view, and we soon found the right one with their help. They’re a friendly bunch (special shout out to Robin Philip who really helped us out a lot and was a pleasure to work with) and they don’t stop being available if you need them once you’ve picked up the keys like some agencies. Mark and his team did a great job selling our property. We had 4 local estate agents come to value our property and Mark was the only one who showed genuine interest in our sale. Braxton's were professional and courteous throughout the process and when the progression to Exchange hit a few snags they remained calm and positive throughout. Not at all your average estate agents and I would not hesitate to highly recommend their services. Well done and thank you.

Braxton recently helped my son to purchase a flat in Maidenhead. Through no fault of Braxton the purchase was far from straight forward. Holly and the team made it happen, against the odds. I had the opportunity to work abroad for a year and needed to rent out my property, I got in contact with James Farrance and the team who look after lettings. James and the team at Braxtons were pleasure to deal with; they were professional, friendly and happy to answer all of my questions (of which I had many). Shocking experience with Braxtons. We had found out via neighbours that Braxtons staff had entered our property without authorisation and taken it upon themselves to do a check out without any communication. On top of this have instructed cleaners to go into the property without authorisation or communication. We still have a few weeks left of our tenancy! Absolutely no professionalism, no response to emails or calls unless chased several times. Extremely bad level of customer service and respect for people’s homes. Directors are yet to step up and communicate, “too busy”.
