Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always on hand to answer questions. The sale went throughly quickly, without complication and we felt very trusting of James throughout. Placed our property on the market with unique on 29th of July 2021 signed a sole agency agreement Big Mistake was told by Sam we had a 14day cooling off period nothing about paying a fee of £600 should we withdraw the property from the market. Contract to be posted for us to view at our leisure did not happen as we would have picked this issue up underhanded to say the least.

Booked a viewing 1 week in advance, 59 miles journey arriving 30 minutes early for the viewing, no call no appology no show, didn't call afterwards to appologies or even ask how the viewing went and see if I'd offer! Terrible service and after sales obviously surviving purely on the current market, let's see if they do when things change in the near future! Edit - they have now phoned me !! After this review and state they sat outside in a branded car the lady at the property the owners mother was working from the house as they hadn't even informed them of the viewing!!

Chelsey showed me around and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties and also the local area. She also liaised with a few teething problems withvthe landlord. Poor customer service and little to no communication. I made an email enquiry which I've still had no response to, I then rang to enquire instead and was told as they didn't have keys yet off the landlord (despite being advertised since November) I'd be put on a list to call when keys available. Rang up to chase them a week later as I'd heard nothing and all of a sudden the property has now gone. Tried several Estate Agents to sell our home, all to no avail. Then we approached Unique Estate Agency St Annes, following a  recommendation from my son. Not only were they professional in every way but they actually cared about us, genuinely wanting to do the very best for us, both in the sale and purchase of our homes. Very disappointed in Unique Estate…

Very disappointed in Unique Estate Agency, we made an offer with Emily for a bungalow and was told for over a week that they had not been able to get in touch with the owner. We drove past today and saw another family who also viewed the property moving in. My mother is in a terrible situation and needs to move in with my family urgently and we wasted over a week and was lied to, we even offered to pay 6 months up front. Emily does not understand the consequences of her actions on vulnerable people. Shame on them.

After dealing with two incompetent and relatively expensive national networks in St Annes, we sold our house in a day with Unique. He priced it accurately, we had several viewings lined up on that first day and got an offer from the first viewing. Where do I start…

Where do I start… we went to view a rental property, it was empty,we felt rushed on the viewing and the agent kept checking their watch. We let them know a few days later that we would like to apply for the property, they dragged their feet, no organisational skills at all. We eventually were told it was ours to move into. 2 weeks before we were due to move, after we had paid and booked movers and done redirection of our mail etc, we were told the property was still in probate!! For those who don’t k ow, it is against the law for a property to be sold or rented while still in probate. This landlord wasn’t technically the landlord and did not own the property and was still in someone else’s name!! Unique claimed ignorance, turns out it has been in probate since last year. In my opinion a good agency would ask the person wanting to rent or sell a property if they actually owned the property and would ask for proof!! Either this wasn’t done or they knew and were complicit!! Please a void this agency for your own mental health.
