GoogleFrom the first point of contact to my recent discussion with Peter, my experience with Unique has been first-class. I have found everyone at the team to be professional, approachable and keen to get on with the business of selling my house. Unique was quick to get the house on the market, had local experience being based in St. Annes and so had the house on for the right price. They had offers with 48 hours. Every time anything changed, I was called and messages left to talk me through the next stages. These guys have really affirmed my trust in Estate Agents and I would recommend them to anyone. We are mid way through our sale and they have been on our side all the way through!

They kept me informed every step of the way and always with professionalism, respect and politeness. The service they offer is exceptional.
