Cara in mortgages helped save our move for free after we were let down by a company we had paid. Denise was really efficient at advertising my property and guiding me through the initial set up. Do not use Unique Estate agents, they were made aware of our timings and did nothing to help promote our property. There was no communication at all not even an update until I rang again! Not impressed with their uncaring service and would most definitely not recommend!

I would like to show my appreciation to all the team at the St Annes branch of unique Estate Agency.. From day one when Peter came to value our property he was very knowledgeable about the area, very experienced in the best way to market our property, lots of reassurance and experienced relly did shine from other companies previously used.. He took the time to explain & the whole appointment was un rushed, not pushy, calm level headed. . The quote was extremely reasonable including V.A.T and when we agreed & was happy we were given a written copy and all the cost are in black & white no hidden costs or extras very competitive..much cheaper than others we had previously inquired about.. The day after our property went live on the Internet on the market we had Eleven viewings, Unique did all the accompaned viewings, we just gave the office our keys we went out for the day, they kept us up to date throughout the day just could not belive how smoothly it all went..We had two offers on our property . I first met the team at unique back in 2020 when I lost my mother and my sister and I were selling her house to gain our inheritance ... The team were always professional and understanding as we met many challenges along the way . The first house sale fell through and was sold again a few months later only to fail again. These were circumstances beyond anyone's control and were handled very well by unique team We both felt very confident in Peter and his advice and we have both continued to work alongside this team with further sales and house lettings I would recommend this company as we had tried other companies beforehand but the service we got from unique was excellent Personally I'm not responsive with hard sales techniques and I felt comfortable with the team and no real pressure .
