GoogleMissed an appointment with me despite having rung to confirm that day. Phoned to ask where the agent might be and got a vague response claiming they were already there.
I am very sorry to hear that your appointment did not go according to plan, please accept our apologies. Our viewing coordinator was already at the property at the appointed time and the GPS schedule was checked to confirm this. We do try to be as concise as possible when giving out property locations but there are similar properties along the same street that may have confused matters on this occasion.
