My wife and I visited the Heaton Green development in Kirkham on 11 May where we were met by Hannah the Sales Advisor. From the outset we were impressed by her engaging and personable approach. Indeed, she patiently took us through our options, spent time showing us around the site and getting to know us. It was one of the best development visits we’ve ever had thanks to Hannah who was a true professional and really genuine person.

Buying a house as we all know is challenging and has to be right. Hannah at Princes Meadows fully understands this. We have visited the site on many occasions and every time Hannah is positive and supportive, in spite of the endless questions and concerns we’ve had. She’s great at offering constructive advice and options. She’s a pleasure to deal with. That said we still haven’t made our decision!

We fully reserved our property and chose our finishings, and Ann, our Sales Advisor, made what would ordinarily have been a very overwhelming task a very enjoyable and relatively straightforward one. It took the whole day, and Ann was very patient with us. She’s very honest, organised and straightforward. Really appreciated her help! And happy to be one step closer to moving in.

Geeta is welcoming and happy to assist. I moved into my Morris Home at the Willows in Kineton over a year ago and Geeta remains on site in the sales office as the last few houses are sold. She always engages in conversation and wears a smile upon her face. Whilst any queries I have are done through the central customer service department Geeta is always happy to point me in the right direction or assist if she can.

We turned up at this site with no appointment. Hannah was very welcoming friendly and fun to talk too. She asked us a few questions and listened to what we wanted. She showed us a beautiful show home without an appointment and it was very close to her finishing time but this didn’t bother her. She didn’t rush us 1 bit. She suggested a house for us and even arranged a viewing at another site. She is very professional not pushy and extremely helpful. Thank you Hannah for making this such a pleasant experience so far.

I can’t thank Angela at the Wintringham site enough! She was extremely approachable, helpful and didn’t put any pressure on us to buy! We saw 2 amazing homes and are looking to secure one within the next few months. The development is very impressive and we are looking forward to the leisure amenities that are also being developed there. The short walk to the station will allow us to travel into Cambridge and London without needing to get in the car! Thank you again.

Geeta explained all the items that would come as standard - most of which were extras with other builders.Geeta was very helpful in answering our questions and not bombarding us with information that we might need later. She directed us to the show homes and took us to see several possible relevant properties on the site.Thank you Geeta, we will definitely be in touch when we are ready to buy!

We visited Hunsbury Grange on Saturday 20th Jan. Jess showed us around the show homes, waited patiently for my brother to get around with his clutches. We left well informed and well impressed with the customer service and the stunning development. High quality fittings and a really great development that I would love to live in next to Upton Country Park. Jess was helpful and knowledgeable and really took time to explain things to us. Excellent experience buying our home in Wintringham, St Neots. Special mention to Angela who went above and beyond, not only with the purchase of the new property, but with the sales of our respective properties (we were selling two properties to combine into one which didn’t go without issues!). Her professionalism and experience helped keep us calm and made the whole experience as smooth and as stress free as it could be. The after sales team were also excellent and dealt with any snagging issues promptly and efficiently. We looked in many areas and different developers. Morris Homes in Wintringham was the first development we looked at. Angela was very helpful, not pushy and answered all our many many questions.She agreed a really good deal and they helped us sell our house.All the way through she followed the whole sale and purchase and assisted us to completion.The quality of the home is fantastic and Morris Homes care about its buyers. Very proactive once we moved in, always checking in to make sure we are happy.You read so much about bad developers, these are the exact opposite.Faultless!

We would recommend anyone to buy from Shelbourne at Hunsbury Grange! We are ever so greatfull to Lynn and Jess for the their support through out the process of buying our home. From all the problems what goes with selling & buying Tracey at Arkall Farm was with us every step of the way .. she is a hard worker takes pride in her job role Morris homes are very lucky to have her on board to sell these beautiful homes , as for Morris Homes they are well designed homes with clever ideas to utilise space … we love our home and it doesn’t stop there , their after sales service is excellent and still looking after us , nothing too much trouble very approachable well done Morris Homes you should be proud 🏡 I recommend to everyone .

Currently building in Formby, Merseyside. No consideratoon for other road users. Blocked the road fully for unloading of materials. No way for traffic to pass and contractors looked at my vehicle, made no attempt to move or indicate how long they would be. I and other road users were forced to turn around in the road and find an alternative route delaying my journey which was related to attending a funeral. There was no warning of a road closure. Raised this with them and asked for evidence they were permitted to do this and have been ignored. Disingenuous signage claiming to be a responsible builder.
