GoogleThe team were very efficient in managing the letting of our property . As with all lets there are some problems- e.g leaking washing machines but these were dealt with quickly with no fuss. We knew we could rely on the team to get the right tradesperson in , at a competitive price and to check the work had been correctly completed. We also had the same excellent service when it came to selling the property.

YellTerrible dishonest company- avoid!
Terrible letting agency. Only care about money, do not care about tenants. We had no hot water or heating for 2 full weeks. They tried everything they could not to give us our bond back. If you do use these crooks ensure that you take pictures of everything because they will try to blame you for past tenants damage. Terrible service, dishonest company.

GoogleWe used County Estate agents to sell our house in St Anne’s, the service from initial valuation through to completion was exceptional. County really are a professional outfit from the quality of their marketing material, accompanied viewings through to their co-ordination of the after sale process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleWe have used this agency for 3 years and have been very pleased by their services. This agency allowed us to secure 2 great properties, and communication has always flawless. All issues we had (Eg: appliance breakdown) have been dealt with in short times. Overall I would greatly recommend this agency.

GoogleRude telephone call followed by no response when I was willing to sign the tenancy , you'd think they would want to be renting out the property in such difficult time .
