GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Emma, Rick, Lisa and Janine 🥇 valuation, photos and advert up within a couple of days, actively contacted potential viewers and sold within a week. Then they chased the chain weekly and if we ever needed to ring them, their systems were totally up to date. They could not have been more helpful and they were all just the loveliest people to deal with. Many many thanks to all of you xx

We entrusted County to sell our house in Lytham St Anne’s. The service was exceptional from start to finish, especially since we were working to a tight deadline to complete the sale. Everyone in the office was friendly, courteous, professional & gave great advice plus we were kept up to date on all developments. Once a sale was agreed we were given regular updates on progress with our buyers situation even though they were selling through a different estate agent. 5 stars .. thank you County for all your help!

GoogleAvoid Unprofessional, rude and abrupt woman working in the office. I was stood up for a viewing, waited around for 20mins, rang and rang the doorbell, I was not called or anything to notify me or communicate. They had my number. I left a VM on the office phone line explaining, and when they did call me back she implied I was somehow in the wrong despite me being rather disappointed and having planned my whole morning around the viewing and made a special trip there. After trying to explain that I was not in the wrong, and receiving only her rude persistent unapologetic replies, I had enough and told her where to go. Suggest some training for the woman in question to improve her ability to show empathy and a basic level of customer service. I will forever avoid and tell as many people as I can how poor this place is.

FacebookI've used County to find and vet tenants for 20 years. They are so good I've have never had a bad tenant and hardly any down time between tenants. I would highly recommend them and would not go anywhere else, buying, selling or renting.

I called in to make an appointment to view a prooerty which had been advertised the day before. Was told it had been "suspended" which I took to mean seller had changed their mind about selling. On further questioning it transpired they had booked 7 viewings and weren't bothering to take anyone else round as "it would probably sell in next few days". Explained I was a cash buyer and if I was a seller I wouldn't want people being fobbed off. Not even willing to take my details. Told them when I am ready to sell my second house I would not use them. Obstructive, unhelpful and unprofessional. Steer clear.

Avoid! This agency have placed a single parent tenant and her 4 kids in a property that has now turned the small quiet cul-de-sac where my elderly mother lives in St Anne’s in to a living nightmare worse than a city sink estate. Despite this rental house being a small end terrace with an open plan garden the mother has erected 2 permanent huge football nets in the front garden so her feral kids can boot footballs around the cul-de-sac from sunrise to sunset whacking them against neighbours cars, in their gardens and against their walls. Damage has occurred to the front of this rental property’s brickwork and rendering, all the lawn is now trashed and a mud bath, neighbours cars have been damaged and also neighbours gardens and despite various complaints being made to County they have refused to either acknowledge or reply to any emails or even warn this tenant all this behaviour is anti social and must stop immediately. As well as football nets the tenant has on permanent display a trampoline, a basketball net and an old soiled mattress tho a neighbour paid to remove this as the tenant wouldn’t after dumping it outside the rental house. For reasons best know to herself this tenant insists on hanging all her weekly washing in her front lounge windows so all can see it when collecting their kids from the small church school beside this cul-de-sac. All in all this rental property is now a laughing stock and the once lovely, tidy residential small street is ruined thanks to County and their tenant. This property is owned by the Diocese of Blackburn who have also been informed as to their tenant but the church insist this choice of tenant and the management of her is entirely down to County who placed her in their property and also get a monthly ‘management’ fee to ensure all is well. Clearly they get this management fee for doing nothing as the property certainly isn’t managed when this behaviour continues and has since last summer despite numerous complaints to both County and the Diocese of Blackburn as the landlord. I have given County one star only because I couldn’t give them zero.

This agency have placed a tenant and her 4 kids in to a property next to my elderly mum. The house is in St Annes behind the small church school in a cul-de-sac. Not only does this tenant hang all her washing in her front lounge window for all the world to see, she has also put huge footballs nets in the front garden along with basketball nets, a trampoline and a target practise. The feral kids boot balls about from dawn to dusk, in neighbours gardens, at their cars & against their walls damaging vehicles, flowers and ornaments. Numerous complaints have been made to County about their tenant but they can’t even be bothered to acknowledge or reply to emails or warn their tenant despite being paid to ‘manage’ this property. The small cul-de-sac has now gone from a nice quiet residential street to something of a sink estate, all thanks to County.

GoogleScheduled a viewing. Walked up and down the road for half an hour. Nobody there. Called up the office later and the rude woman informed me she had been there and was in the property looking up and down the road. She didn't bother to call me or come out onto the street. They never provided the exact address and when I pointed that out her response was "normally people do their research." Unbelievable. Wouldn't deal with them.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my partner were attempting to apply for a property to rent with this god awful estate agents, we were met by a nice gentleman who showed us around the property. We went back to the office to drop off our forms along with numerous correspondence where my partner was met by a LISA, who made her feel very uncomfortable and had no level of customer service at all. She didn’t acknowledge an email that was sent prior to calling myself with “bad news” as she said. She not once spoke to either of us on a humane level with any empathy for our situation. I hope the managing director sees this review and actions what has been stated immediately by disposing of this horrible person as I feel the rest of the place may be quite pleasant. But until then, don’t waste your time. :))NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleHad a pleasant experience with one agent, who seemed professional and lovely as they showed us around a property. We returned to the office with the intention of applying to let the property, however were met with what seemed a very blunt and rude agent. They spoke in a patronising way and looked at my partner and I as if we had no right being there. Made us feel unwelcome and as if we did not wish to return to deal with them. * To note, this agent still advertises online as requiring administration fees, which is now illegal as of June 2019 in the passing of the Tenant Fees Act. I am unsure as of whether this is the external website's fault or that of the agents, but is something to be aware of.

Their excellent customer service and proactiveness helped us immensley and meant that all the problems were overcome and solved without any bother. Jonathan, in particular, deserves a medal for all his hard work and is definitely someone you can count on in this stressful and tricky process.
