The team were professional, approachable, and always kept us informed at every stage of the process. They provided clear advice on pricing and marketing, and the property was presented really well. Communication was consistent and reassuring, which made what could have been a stressful time much easier to manage. A special thank you to the staff for their patience and support throughout, especially Janine and Emma, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer questions and offer guidance. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A genuinely smooth and positive experience.

Travelled out of town to view a property this afternoon they didn't bother telling myself or partner that there already was a successful application on the property they couldn't be bothered telling us till we already been to view the property now we're £38 out of pocket due this joke of an estate agents couldn't be bothered telling us before we left our home to travel to St annes but they was quick enough to send a reminder letting us no about the viewing for this afternoon! Despite someone else was already successful but still they couldn't be bothered letting us no. They should have emailed us this morning letting us no not to attend the viewing. What a joke!

I can’t thank Dan at County Estate agent enough! After being really let down with a previous estate agents, and this being my first time buying a property, I felt in safe hands as soon as I viewed the property. We’ve been waiting for this agency for 2 weeks to ‘complete necessary checks’ of our application, when in reality they were waiting on someone else to pay the deposit. They didn’t even have the courtesy to inform us that the house was taken. Every step of the process, we had to keep emailing and calling, forwarding details that they apparently never received, and being told to be patient about them getting back to us. I found out through the listing showing ‘let agreed’ and my partner confirmed it by calling them. Their lack of communication and transparency has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and honest service.
