GoogleWe've received a very professional service from Richard and his team. We approached A+W to take over the management of a difficult tennancy. Where we had not been able to gain access to carry out an inspection, Richard persisted and managed to complete one which gave us valuable information to support our future application to the Courts for possession. As part of this process, Richard served a Section 21 Notice and afterwards gave us valuable guidance and support throughout the Courts process. Would highly recommend Richard and his team for anyone considering using them A+W letting services.

GoogleI sold a property with Autin and Wyatt Lyndhurst for the first time this year in August and I have to say I would highly recommend them. Very helpful, professional and courteous at all times. Nothing was too much trouble when contacting them with a querie. Cheerful office atmosphere on arrival which I think is a good sign of a happy team of people. GoogleSarah has been absolutely amazing in helping us find the perfect new home. She took the time to listen, get to know us & acted accordingly. Sarah and her team went out their way to do letter drops as well. Every time we call the office they are very helpful & super quick to reply. GoogleI just wanted to take some time out of unpacking, after moving into a property from Austin & Wyatt in Lyndhurst. Lloyd who has been my main contact has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, when ever I have had a question (and I have had a few), he would go out of his way and get me the answer as soon as he can. There was a bit of a delay with old tenants moving, but I was kept updated regularly. I found the property on Rightmove and A&W's write up of the property was spot on. I have had contact with most of the office I believe when calling in, if a message is left with someone other than Lloyd, it gets to him and he calls you back. A&W have been super professional from start to finish and I'm sure they will be going forward too. Thank you to Lloyd, Richard and the rest of the team. Madeleine in particular has been fantastic….professional and friendly, and her communication has been excellent, giving us regular updates along the way. Every contact we have had with the team has been really good. We are now dealing with Richard in the Lettings department, who is also proving to be great. GoogleFantastic agent - Michael and his whole team were exceptional. We tried several agents in the New Forest before coming to Austin Wyatt and i could not praise them enough. They really know how to sell, they are very proactive, they keep you posted all the time with proper feedback. I never had to chase them once. The change in activity and viewings within days of appointing them, after 6 months on the market with other agents, was dramatic. They didn't just land a lucky sale either, they worked incredibly hard to get the right buyers and the exact price we wanted, in a very difficult market. Micheal is a proper old-school agent who knows his trade very well and has great team around him. By far the best and most proactive agents in the Forest. 110% satisfied customer

Madeleine, who has dealt with most of sale and onward purchase, may look like a schoolgirl but she is like a terrier at keeping a grip on everything. All in all, a very happy experience.

GoogleFinding somewhere to live and moving is never a straight forward or easy process and this will be my fourth rental in the past five years and first in the New Forest. The service I have received from Austin and Wyatt has been exceptional. From initial enquiry, through to viewing and setting up the tenancy each member of the Lettings Team have been outstanding. In particular the service provided by Bonnie is setting up the necessary steps in advance of the move. With a stress free move day already planned I cannot rate the service of the team more highly than this five star review.
