GoogleAs a first time seller for my late grandparents house, I was really pleased with the professionalism from all staff who I had been in contact with. the sell of the house was quick and efficient. If I had any queries I was able to contact Ian and he was able to explain the information better to me as well as put my mind at ease. GoogleThe staff were so helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately I had a flat tyre en route to a viewing. They could not do enough for me. A lovely smart young man called Salman picked me up for the viewing and dropped me back home. Very professional and efficient. Thank you so much for the fantastic service. A very good team who look after their customers. Superb. Thank you.

GoogleTaylors is the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my whole life! Totally unprofessional and cheats! I regret the day I signed up to use Taylors as my agent for my tenant! No replies, no call backs, do not deposit rent on time, do not chase the tenants, do not respond to emails and calls, do not address the complaints email, do not act on time, customer service does not exist in their dictionary and the list goes on and on! I had to do the work myself for which I paid them for! The amount of stress I had due to their unprofessionalism and carelessness is unbelievable and unmeasurable! Bunch of liars and cheaters in Luton Taylors agency. I can not believe such company is still operating and exist in the country like UK! They just rip off your money! So never ever even in my nightmares would recommend anyone to use Taylors! The worst decision of my life to choose Taylors! Really really really DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED by Taylors and the attitude of staff at Taylors (Luton). I really hope and pray this company actually shuts down!! It is shame in the name of Property agents! Does not deserve any star at all!

GoogleWe recently purchased our first house through Taylor’s estate agents. From start to finish the service and support we received was fantastic. If ever we had any queries our questions were clearly and quickly responded to. Chantelle helped us organise our mortgage and explained everything clearly on each step of the way which was so useful as first time buyers. We were worried that purchasing a house would be daunting and stressful but the experience we had with Taylor’s made it completely the opposite. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleDealing with the branch staff was a pleasure however whoever is responsible for management, repairs and deposit protection are compleatly useless. Lived in the property for 12 months with a hole in the wall, broken boiler for 3 months, broken window(out of alignment), 2 not working lights and various leaking cracks on the window sills and smudged walls without any repairs whatsoever. Joe Jennings who’s responsible for the repairs is impossible to get in contact with and if you do then congratulations for wasting your time. Nothing will get done. Ever. The most I’ve paid for agency fees in 8 years of renting. I feel cheated and abused by the promises of repairs and refurbishing that I’ve agreed on the signed contract. To top it off if you want your deposit back then you better chase it up yourself, 1,5 months after I moved out they got in contact with me after multiple emails. Utter joke and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I apologise for the communication and maintenance issues you have experienced during the tenancy though we have been chasing up the landlord for permission for the works to be done. Regarding the deposit the amount to be released must be agreed to by both landlord and tenant and until this is done we cannot release it. GoogleI am fuming. I moved out of a property in luton over 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the return of my deposit. The man dealing with the money john jennings will not answer his phone or reply to the many voicemails i have left him. They say bax payment takes 5 to 7 working days to clear yet everywhere i have researched says it takes 3 days and on the 3rd day the money is in your acc.

As you have discussed with both Jon and the local office previously; confirmation was received from yourself and your Landlord only 5 working days ago. It is not unreasonable for any business to have a 48 hour turnaround time. We always advised that a BACs payment takes 3, 5 working days to account for any banking delays out of our control, and have already provided the evidence needed to show the money left our account several days ago. GoogleWe chose Taylors (Luton branch) after a very disappointing experience with another local estate agent 5 months wasted! They have been friendly, professional and very helpful from the first valuation appointment, their knowledge and experience of the area and market have helped us achieve a very smooth sale. I made numerous calls to the office but every member of the team could help me. We were amazed at how may potential buyers they arranged viewings for in a difficult market, we received confimation of these by telephone or text and we always received feedback after the visit. The feedback helped us to understand the purchasers expectations and the competition in the area. They work hard to market your property and match potential purchasers. We have agreed a completion date in the next couple of days and we are delighted with the brilliant service we have received from the Luton branch, a great team!

GoogleI had the misfortune of reserving a 4 bed New Build home (in High street, Leagrave) through these people. Initially it was all the sweet talking from the sales guy Ian Causton, but as soon as we reserved the property paying £500, he started advertising the property again to potential buyers. In the meantime I had got the mortgage & help to buy setup. I had already spent money on financial advisers and the mortgage fee. A couple of days back Ian from this Leagrave branch gave me a call to inform me that they are pulling out of this deal & want to give the plot to someone else... this is not just gazumping but clear case of cheating customers. These people are extremely unprofessional, rude and greedy. Imagine their greed if they keep marketing properties which are reserved - just to get higher commission ! I have since escalated their unethical practises to their head office. Beware of this con-team ! I'm also considering complaining to the Property Ombudsmen.
Dear Mr Kumar, I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy, Taylors aim to provide excellent customer service to all clients and we will do everything possible to rectify a situation should anything go wrong. We were the agent instructed by the developer of the new home plot but unfortunately the developer had decided to withdraw this particular plot in favour of another party, which unfortunately they are able to do. As the agent, we are the contact point for the buyer and fully understand your frustration to lose the property that you wanted to buy, however we did work hard to rectify the situation and have managed to get an agreement for the developer to refund the buyers costs. GoogleUseless, do not actually invest any time or drive to promote properties on their books. They do not keep in contact with homeowners, offer advice or support. It is obvious that they quite frankly do not care one iota about their customers and selling properties in a timely manner. All the way down to poor photography of property, poor and inaccurate description and lack of knowledge about how to sell houses.

GoogleExcellent customer service received from the staff at Taylors. From viewing the property to getting the keys and having the mortgage offer finailsed by David (the in house mortgage broker.) We were kept up to date with every step of the process and call backs the same day with any query we had. Can not fault the staff or their service. Would defeinitely recommend Taylors.
