Dear Shiva after investigating this our position is as follows: 1.Lenwell are a letting agent not an energy supplier. 2. It is a tenants own responsibility to administer their utilities with the companies concerned directly. 3. It is a tenants responsibility to provide accurate meter readings on move in and move out. To insure they are billed correctly. Update: following an investigation it has been noted the bill you were sent was estimated and the new bill you received was a result of your utility provider being given the meter reading when you vacated ( as provided to you on your move out report). I hope this helps you resolve your outstanding bill with the utility company and that you will do the right thing and remove your unfair review.
