GoogleExcellent service from the moment that Richard stepped through our front door. We asked loads of questions and each question was answered we were not rushed. Other estate agents that we saw simply zoomed in and out in a flash we were shown an online video and that was it Could not ask for anything to be done differently. House was advertised and second viewer placed an offer for the full asking price literally within a week. Richard was a pleasure to watch also on viewings, very understanding of the process of selling a property and how to market your house in the best way. Richard sold our house in a week flat, when no others could. We would highly recommend not only richard and Martina but Haart as an estate agent to sell or buy your dream home.

GoogleRichard was a delight to sell though at haarts. We sold almost immediately with richard after 9 months of let downs with other local estate agents. During our sale we had The bottom of the chain pull-out, on the day before exchange, Richard found us a new buyer on the day of exchange and we had full asking price within three days and moved within three weeks. Richard made an incredibly stressful process very very easy especially on top of Christmas, after we thought we had lost our sale Richard pulled it back with his team and sold our house immediately. We cannot recommend Richard enough, he was brilliant through every process.
