⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buying my first home has been one of the biggest milestones of my life, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Brian and the team at Haart for helping me get there! From start to finish, Brian was incredibly accommodating, friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. It wasn't always the easiest process (through no fault of Haart!), but Brian remained calm, reassuring and supportive throughout. As a first-time buyer, I had lots of questions (probably more than most! 😅), but he was always patient, approachable and happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he always did his best to assist wherever he could. I also really appreciated Brian arranging additional access to the property before completion so I could organise surveys, quotes and plan renovations. As I was relocating, that made a huge difference and helped everything run much more smoothly once I got the keys. The only piece of feedback I'd give is about the key collection experience. After months of searching, paperwork and anticipation, finally collecting the keys to your new home is such a special moment, so I was expecting it to feel a little more celebratory. The handover itself felt quite brief and functional, whereas I think it could have been a wonderful opportunity to make the occasion feel truly memorable. Even something as simple as a congratulations card, a small box of chocolates, or even presenting the keys in gift box would have been a lovely touch. It doesn't have to be anything extravagant, it's the thought behind it that people remember, and those little intentional gestures can make customers feel genuinely valued. 😇 That tiny detail aside, my overall experience with Haart was a very positive one, and I'm genuinely grateful to Brian and the whole team for all of their hard work, support and professionalism throughout the journey. As far as property viewings go, the one with Adam was by far one of the best. Adam was friendly, approachable, and very helpful, answering all our questions with ease. We’d definitely want him to handle any future viewings. In addition to the above review 6 months ago - I would just like to add a new/follow-up review below now that completed over a month ago. We had an excellent overall experience with Haart estate agents Stopsley from start to finish. Martina W, was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept us consistently informed at every stage, making sure we were up to date with any changes or progress, which really helped reduce the usual stress that comes with buying a property. What stood out the most was her responsiveness, she always replied to emails and returned missed calls the very same day. Very proactive as well. Martina’s professionalism, communication, and genuine support made a huge difference, and we felt in safe hands throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the estate agent to anyone looking for a smooth and well-managed experience.

I had a very positive meeting with Richard. Valuation went very well and everything was clearly explained. Richard answered all the questions and explained what can be expected in relation to the asking price of my property. Richard gave me very realistic estimates of the price that my property can achieve ,as well as, provided me with multiple contract option that would best suit me to sell my property.
