GoogleHad a valuation with Haart last week and still haven't had so much of a courtesy call back. The member of staff who conducted the valuation didn't seem too bothered, and didn't even ask us our position until he was leaving (we were actually hoping to move things quickly as had put an offer on another property.) We are now listed with a different agent who called first thing the next day and managed to come back, take photos and get our property up within a day of the valuation.

We knew that you were looking at village location's and knew you wanted to put an offer on a property in Clophill. We offered to book the photos in for the next day as we knew that you needed to act quickly. You declined our offer as you said you wanted to think about it, which is perfectly understandable. We were unsure when you expected a courtesy call from haart as by lunch time the day after the valuation took place, your property was showing on rightmove with another agent. We respect your decision as you can use whoever you wish to sell your home with, what we were puzzled with, is why you would give us a 1 star ratting for not getting back to you even though you had selected another company. Just got my mortgage done last year in December after almost 7 months of waiting after haart to complete the chain which i never new nothing until 3 months after when my lawyers told me is not a chain free as i been request from the very beginning plus the dates what they give me for the completion date they was 4 only in the last 2 months non of this maced so i lost my rent because they didn't been competent to coordinate the selling properly and give me the right date also the respect from them is a bit poor every time when was calling for an enquiry they was getting upset and they told me the seller has more priority then the buyer as the seller paying haart for the services after this experience i can only say i wont recommend this branch to nobody as i cant see them been enough experience and dedicated for their job thanks!!!!

They matched another firm I found price wise. I must say the solicitors were quick and kept in contact via email and phone .
Martina also kept the whole chain up to date. All in all I had not 1 bad experience and it was stress free.
