Whilst I wasn't in a position to proceed with an offer on the property Ben was marketing (mine is still to sell) I'm sure I would have been if he had been selling it for me. His preparation and organisation beforehand was amazing and to say he went the extra mile doesn't do him justice. Having viewed several properties recently I can say that the prep for all those added together fell far short of Bens. His straight-talking honesty was a breath of fresh air. The benchmark has now been set for any agent I deal with in the future

Liam will definitely sell your house..but I strongly recommend you find your own conveyancing service DO NOT USE THE LINK THEY GUIDE YOU INTO ON MOVE BUTLER...via ewemove..my buyer used this option as did i( my solicitors were OK at best)..they chose a firm called CONVEY LAW ...comfortably the most inept firm in the game...so ewemove use MOVEBUTLER...Who recommend conveyancing services...SO THEY'RE ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR SCREW UPS FOR ME...(when it goes pear-shaped...it's a homer Simpson walking backwards into the hedges job...from all concerned) I like Liam I'd imagine in time he'll have the name,reputation & CLOUT to really be the finished article. IM not gonna diss Liam or ewemove..it's their connection to movebutler and zero vigilance of who they're recommending that caused myself and my buyer and seller...easy 6 weeks delay

We used EweMove last year to sell our house. Ben Brind came round and went through the procedure with us very carefully , as we had not moved house in 30 years it was all a bit daunting for us. Ben was conscientious and kept us in the loop. His photographs of our property were of a very high standard unlike those of the big national companies whose ‘snapshots’ were awful and out of focus. His were composed very well and showed our house off to its’ best advantage. Ben recommended a solicitor and we wished we had taken his advice as they seemed a lot more on the ball than the one we chose. We would recommend Ben and his advice made the whole process a lot easier.

We would like to thank Ewemove and their agent Ben Brind in Luton for an excellent job. Our move was difficult as we needed to sell in England while renting and house hunting in Ireland while also caring for a relative who is very poorly. This threw up many challenges and frustrations. At all times Ben was professional, polite and very hard working. He really went above and beyond to help us and I doubt very much that we could have got it done without his help, advice and patience. Ewemove's business model is optimised for the internet age. They are far more flexible than a traditional estate agent and their pricing is the best we came across. Communication is first rate, this matters as it gives you the confidence to make informed decisions quickly and also reduces the stress of the process. Ben organised a very effective internet and social media campaign for us. This got results very quickly and Ben kept us abreast of all the interest that was being shown in the house. I have no hesitation in recommending Ewemove and particularly Ben Brind in Luton; indeed I have already made that recommendation to a close family member who will be selling later in 2018.

From the outset, Ben couldn’t have done more. We made a last minute appointment for a Sunday afternoon due to a new build property being re-released and we therefore had a race to sell our own property in order to reserve it. He took outstanding photos, taking a great care in the detail, and made sure that the listing was published that same day despite having to work until a late hour on a Sunday evening. He clearly knew the area and the target market for my property and kept us well informed throughout all viewings. We had a buyer within a week and managed to reserve the property we wanted. During the sale process, our buyer had an extremely difficult Solicitor and we were experiencing a lot of pressure to exchange from the new build developer. Ben was in constant communication with all parties involved, even those who should have been the responsibility of the solicitor to chase. If it wasn’t for Ben, I believe our purchase would have fallen through so I can’t thank him enough. He really is different to normal estate agents; you aren’t just a sales target as he genuinely cares for each customer.
