Went to view a house on Sunday with Liz, who prompted me to view it. Liz was lovely and knew her stuff. She was able to answer all my questions which made a great change as been looking for ages with other companies. This is a long overdue review of my experience with Ben, who was kind enough to help both myself and parents with home moves in 2020/2021. From the outset Ben was extremely approachable, professional and gave us time beyond what I would expect from any estate agent. Our exact needs and criteria were discussed for houses we were looking for, and Ben even put out leaflets in the local area on specific roads that we wanted to buy a property on. The service Ben provides is second to none, and I would recommend picking up the phone to Ben if you are looking to buy or get onto the market to sell in Luton. Whilst we did not buy with Ewe move in the end, my parents did earlier in 2021 and had a great experience.

Ben was very professional and super helpful throughout the process of renting, moving in and out. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and helped to finalise the contracts quickly, he was the best intermediary between tenant and landlord I've ever encountered. He did really help us to settle in. Also, when the landlord opted to sell the property, Ben stepped in and requested we should be offered it first before any potential buyer could see it, that's how far and beyond he can go. Initially, the thought of renting out my property was daunting! I loved my home and it was a big step to be renting it out. Throughout the whole process Ben has been incredibly supportive, whether it has been through a zoom call, whats app, phone calls or emails. Ben has been brilliant in helping me get my property ready to rent out. However big or small my question has been, he has been knowledgeable and approachable. We all lead busy lives, and yet Ben has always given me so much time and been so patient (when I know he will also have a lot to be getting on with)! Ben at EweMove Estate Agents In Luton was referred by a friend after our letting agent gave a very low valuation on our rented home! His valuation was comprehensive and well benchmarked, but openly conservative due the recent state of the market as he clearly hates to over promise...however his open-day strategy was first class delivering £10,000 over the asking price in under 3-weeks! We didn’t make it easy for him, with tenants that were being managed by the original agent, again he quickly had them on board and did exactly as he promised!

Good company always answers the phone took 3 minutes to book a viewing, emailed address and time of appointment and before one day message the reminder.
