GoogleIm writing this as an ex tenant of Quicklet Lurgan. Most reviews are of people that viewed properties and gives little insight into the agency and agents. I understand thats important to agents KPI’s but i wanted to leave one as someone that has rented and dealt with them directly. Viewing&signing the contract was easy enough,however apartment had couple of outstanding issues that werent urgent and were promised to be fixed as soon as ive moved in(extractor fan & bathroom mirror LED wasnt working). However after multiple emails back&forth ive left it be for about a year. Ive also had one emergency maintenance issue(pipe of the bathtub disconnected ) that was resolved within couple of days of contacting them. However since Aaron joined the agency about a year ago after one of the old agents left ,and carried out his first inspection of my flat, issues were resolved days later and Ive enjoyed brand new working extractor fan. I can not begin to explain how helpful he was during end of tenancy, even after I’ve vacated the property, he had remained responsive (regards to references &mail) and so helpful. He truly has gone above and beyond. He is one of the people that seems to genuinely enjoy his job and it shows in his communication and results he delivers. All in all, Quicklet is a decent agency,but Aaron the agent you want to ask for when you need things done. If i do rent with Quicklet again,I hope its one Aaron manages.

GoogleThe property seemed to be looked after well. Area outside the property look clean as well . Aaron, the letting Manager is also very professional and gave me enough time to view the property even though I came few mins late. Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky enough to get the house.
