An awful letting agency with no care at all for their tenants. My sister has been left with no heating since the 21st December. She contacted the agency for help but got no response. There was still a few days to sort before the Christmas break but they instead chose not to. She has been left all over Christmas with no heating since in an incredibly damp property. The property was clearly cleaned and painted over to disguise the extent of damp. Shocking behaviour in 2025. I would avoid this agency at all costs. They take rent but fail to help with any issues that may arise. She is still without heat today (28th Dec) despite messages being left on emergency line.

Fantastic service and very professional staff! Would definitely recommend quick let lurgan to family and friends, we had a viewing hosted by Amelia, very professional and was able to answer all of our questions. Additional review I couldn’t put a separate review but I wanted to mention Lisa who is part of the property maintenance team at quick let as a mother of a child with additional need the panic sets in when something interferes with our daily routine, the heating system and water heater broke down in our home, I filled out the online form and expressed the concerns this issue would have on caring for my child’s needs, Lisa sourced a fantastic plumber who got the job done fast and did not leave until he was 100% sure the job was completed, Lisa kept in contact and updated me regularly throughout every thing which was very helpful. job completed and problem solved within 48hours, thank you so much for going above and beyond and making sure everything was resolved asap!

Jasmine is lovely!!! We have been living at a property for the past 3 years and landlord has given us notice as she decided to sell the property- this had us in a panic because of course winter is here and Christmas is around the corner - we have been in communication with several other agency and I can honestly say that Jasmine by far has the the friendly and most professional agent we’ve came across during this time. We viewed a property with her yesterday and decided not to go ahead because it wasn’t suitable , this morning we got offered a property with a different agent - coincidentally Jasmin called me today to let me know that she can get us another viewing today with another property that she think would be suitable for us - this gesture might seems small to anyone reading this but to us, to me - it’s one of the biggest gestures simply because of how horrendous our experience has been within the last couple of days with unprofessional and rude agents

Had a viewing of a property @ 1ferngrove meadows Aghagallon when arrived for my appointment at 6.35 pm I thought we would have a private viewing but it was chaos with other viewers in the house ,in the garden and sitting waiting in cars we felt very rushed and uncomfortable it was more like an open house than a private appointment, didn't get the time to really view the property as others arriving every few minutes. We even had to chase up a response rather than been told by the letting agent the outcome.. would NOT recommend Quick let very unprofessional and poorly organised, would be avoiding any property advertised by Quick let in the future 1 out of 10 ##REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE ## 25th August 2023 @ 2.05 pm Hi Yasmin .. We have read your response to our 1 star review. However I was shocked by your lengthy phone call to myself asking me to remove the 1 star review. As a letting agent we were disappointed in your response as a lot of your reply was incorrect. Our review was how we felt on the day and how the viewing went not on you or your character. I could correct all the points I disagree with but after speaking with you at length this morning I thought this matter was sorted after all Quick let do ask for reviews but obviously only 5 star ones . As for being kept up to date it was myself that emailed yous for an update not the other way round . Surely this is highly unusual to be asked to remove a requested review as this upset you we are sorry to be told by yourself this made you cry . Myself and my wife feel have been made to feel horrible for simply giving a review which we still stand by .. To say that we had ample time we didnt as all the viewings were made 5 minutes apart causing a back log ... so as I said in the review very unorganised and the phone call this morning asking me to remove my review very unprofessional. Won't book to view any property that Quick Let is advertised and definitely will not recommend Quick Let to anyone

He didn't rush me and I felt that I have adequate time and more to have a good look around the property and plenty of time to ask questions, that were all answered and explained. Aaron Martin showed me a property after a long line of property viewings. This experience was not only pleasant but it was also educational on what I should expect with the process & any information I needed to know about the property. Aaron was friendly from the moment I arrived & answered all my questions with ease. The next day I even got a wonderful email with a video walk through, I've never received this before but i really liked this extra service as I could send to my partner who was unable to attend the viewing. Quicklet seem to go above & beyond, & they help the tenants just as much as the landlords. I would feel comfortable & secure letting from this agency especially knowing how they operate in supporting everyone on a fair agreement.
