I'm am left speechless with the recent service I have been given by Quicklet. I have to particularly thank Gareth in helping me to obtain the new apartment that I so much desired. His professional approach was second to none and was extremely helpful with all my silly questions that I posed to him. Would have broken any other man. Since I've have been with quicklet for 3 and half years I do have thank the rest of team especially Michael and the maintenance guys as no matter how small of an issue I had in the previous property it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Over the duration of our tenancy we were looked after by Gareth from Quicklet and I have to say, “looked after” is exactly how we felt throughout. The Service and Experience we had with Gareth from our first viewing, ongoing responses to different matters, right through to our time to move on, the service and support provided by Gareth was second to none. Would not recommend! My mother has been left with no heating or hot water all over Christmas. The issue was reported last week therefore there was plenty of time to send someone out to have a look. Impossible to communicate with as they don’t answer the phone. She also reported severe mold months ago in her flat and she is yet to have anyone out to look at that. The flat is an absolute disgrace as this mould was clearly painted over and not mentioned to her when viewing it. It is an unsafe environment to live in.

Remove previous review to update. Following on from previous review I was hounded by QuickLet calling me and eventually received an email detailing some things they had been doing in the background but they also had the cheek to ask me to remove the review and I agreed if they addressed my concerns. I was promised a contractor would be out within a week or two, this was back in the middle of November. Now on to another problem. I have been contending with having no functional washing machine for exactly one month now and was advised that a replacement would be sorted asap, this was on the 8th of January. It is now the 13th of January and I am still left high and dry in regards to any further updates on a replacement machine. One is trying to remain as professional as possible but the conduct and extensive waits for things to not be rectified is beyond a joke at this stage

I would highly recommend quicklet in Lurgan as a rental management company. As a landlord and I have used Quicklet for the past 4 years and I have to say they are fantastic especially Natalie. They are courteous. always there to help and very professional. They really take any stress out of managing a rental property. They arrange any repair work or upgrades to the house and the cost of the work is reasonable and done to a high specification.

Quicklet are the best in the business at supporting landlords and tenants! I have been with them for several years and can't rate them highly enough.
