Dear Jackie, we are disappointed to receive your negative score though none of my staff at any of my offices, including Ludlow, have any record of having had any contact with you. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service to our clients and would welcome the chance to know what it is that we have done to deserve such a poor rating so we can put it right. You are more than welcome to contact me direct about this on 01584 875207 or email me on andrew@samuelwood.co.uk. Best Wishes, Andrew Cadwallader MNAEA Director Samuel Wood
