Initially worked with Dan to get the property on the market & listed with the drone shots, it sold within a couple of days, Dan even arranged the completion of all the paperwork for Mum including getting it delivered back to the conveyancers which was greatly appreciated.
After-sales moved to Jasmine who without doubt was absolutely amazing - Jasmine stepped way over, above & beyond to ensure the sales process completed given the both the assigned conveyancing as well as solicitors teams were absolutely inept.
Jasmine's attention to detail, her relentless pursuit within the process & sheer determination were the only reason that this whole process completed successfully, she ran rings around anyone else that we had to deal with - her communications skills were brilliant, often responding way out of business hours to ensure that we were constantly kept up to date.
Both Jasmine & Dan are a complete asset to Minors & Brady, a huge thank you to you both for an amazing job extremely well done !

Exchanged contracts today & we complete in the New Year! That's 14 weeks from making my initial offer which is pretty impressive these days. I had no idea that the sale would be assigned a Sales Progressor" by the estate agent. Megan C made contact as soon as the offer was accepted and she was there to liaise with me and the seller plus both solicitors to push the process through on a reasonable timescale as well as answering all those questions a solicitor makes you feel stupid (and sometimes charges) you for asking. Having bought properties in the past, I can't praise and thank Megan enough for her good humour and support. She certainly took a lot of the stress out of the process for me and was a total star from start to finish. I should also mention her 5-star inclusion and diversity awareness - I requested all contact to be via email to accommodate neurodivergence and this was facilitated without issue or hiccup.I hope management pass on and discuss positive reviews because if they want an example of how to effectively and efficiently engage with clients - Megan C is the staff member to see.
